I recently moved into the neighbourhood and decided to try some ice. I asked if that was hard and a young lady said it should be. I told her I enjoy my ice hard and soft ice that I don't like. from any reason, she looked at me as if she didn't understand me or cared for my needs. a young man under the name dull heard my conversation and entered directly. he understood my feelings about hard ice and offered to get a little harder ice cream from behind. he did it with such gnade. he didn't seem upset, he had a smile on his face all the time. this is the true definition of customer service! I almost went out of this situation because the first worker didn't care if I liked my ice cream hard or not. but matt went over and beyond to make sure that this customer was happy and I really enjoyed my ice with 3 toppings. wonderful hired! hope matt trains all to have stellar customer service like him!

the ice that I had there was amazing, I ordered there “classical keksteig” with “chocolate razors” today at 8:30 and it was the best ice that I ever had, the man who served me, good I don’t remember his name, but they were very friendly and attentive, it started with a m I believe, and they were a teenager about probably 16-17 but either wise that service
I give the ice cream/creations a 5 because the ice cream is smooth and creamy, the ingredients are fresh and they never run out. The atmosphere gets a 3 because the tables aren't always clean. But I think the staff may not be able to get to the tables regularly b/c there are so many customers and orders coming in and they focus on serving the customers, first.
One of the girls fixed my ice cream did not wear gloves or apron. Her fingers was all on my ice cream and she was wiping her hand on her shirt. That was so nasty and unsanitary. I'm not sure if I will ever eat at this location again.
When it's 100 degrees outside, you really don't feel like eating much. Absolutely nothing sounds good for dinner, and who wants to cook in a hot kitchen or eat hot food in that type of weather? Not me! So, we came to the logical conclusion that ice cream sounded like the perfect dinner one recent evening during the heatwave. Somehow we've never tried Cold Stone before, so we figured there was no better time to give it a shot. We were not disappointed! We told our server we were newbies and he happily walked us through the process of selecting an ice cream flavor and some toppings to mix together. We wound up with 2 delicious sundaes. If you're ever considering an ice cream dinner during a heatwave- this place will fit the bill!
Easily my favorite location to go to! The staff is always friendly and the manager Mo made sure my order was perfect. Will definitely be returning! A true family favorite and must for fellow ice cream enthusiasts.
