went to order 2 draws of ice on a cone. the young lady who served me said they only had bowls when they were from regular cones. So I had my ice in a cone. omg, I couldn't eat the cone because it was hard, stale, no taste. I just ate my ice cream. after that, I told the same young person who served me, only asked for a refund of the cone. I showed her how her truncated truncated truncated truncated. she refused mine, please. what a waste of money $6 plus change for a very bad product. protect the staff of the web right, not hard stalkless cone cone give back refunds for bad products. improve the quality of service for customers. very unsatisfactory customer.

employees do not recognize them when they get in. I had to say, "explain me" to get someone who talks to me and picks up my online order. they can at least say “I will be in a short distance with them” but they are busy giggling and talking to each other and will not look at customers.
I love coldstone! the waffels are some of the yammiest I've ever tried! The ice cream cookies are divine and don't let me go on their ice cream cake! Of course, the ice is delish and they offer a lot of different flavors all the time together with a lot of different toppings! prices are fair and some of the employees are very nice! others not so much. it is a small tad inside, so it is definitely frustrating during the busy times when it almost feel as if they hit arc with other guests! other then the lack of space and a few not so friendly staff it is a great ice-cream place! beautiful location surrounded by other food and retail stores!
something was not quite right when you went up on a Sunday afternoon and nobody was loading. we went in and asked for a rehearsal and the worker said they are not currently doing. then we order our individual ice creams. we asked for serviettes, and they said they were from them. we then went to pay with a credit card and the first prompt when they enter their card into the reader is typing it is a damn ice cream! I don't tip at the fuel station and I don't tip around 7 o'clock. the tables are dirty outside. then they want to know why certain small businesses suffer. obviously this little business lets the gavin newsom mentality affect their operation by not allowing them to rehearse a sample of eis, no serviettes and then they want a tip. looks as if this load was empty when they also visit him.
We have been regular customers at this Cold Stone location and have found the quality to be excellent and consistent every time, the employees who are very friendly, go out of their way to ensure our desert is perfect every time.We have also had this location prepare cakes for us on several occasions and the quality, taste and pricing is great.The signature specials Birthday Cake remix and Strawberry blonde are particularly delicious.

I chose 4 stars because I'm dairy free and they don't have a lot of dairy free desserts... they have brownies and cookies but no DF ice cream or anything. But that's just a little issue, nothing too big! Love this place!
