Best candy shop that I have ever seen! They have the best Soft Nougat Bars and the best Salt Water Toffees that I have ever tasted. I was surprised to see that they have reasonable pricing on their candies being located in the historical town of Old Quebec.

So many points to improve. I am giving a 2 star because I don?t believe it?s purposely bad. I am surprised it has such a high score because it?s one of the worst sushi I tasted in my life. I am giving a 2 because I can make better ones! The rice is so melted together that it feels like eating a rice cake. All the ones with mayonnaise has so much mayonnaise that it?s all you taste The rice is way too sweet and seems to have a bad quantity of rice to vinegar. It also isovercooked. The sushi pizza was the most acceptable even though it would have been nice to have a less hard crust The fish taste is borderline acceptable but I can imagine that maybe the quality dropped since I had it for pick up Packaging and service was really good, so thumbs up on that I hope you guys improve the recipe because I think a few changes could improve things a lot

La Brousserie Rousseau is a great café. The drinks and food are excellent. They make very good chai lattes (with pretty latte art) and also excellent Tuscan goat cheese sandwiches (crazy).The service is always excellent and efficient. The employees are very smiling and friendly.This is a great place for students to revise/study at the same time as enjoying a coffee.
