my man noticed that he forgot his wallet at home, so I called the load and they said it was good that he could get a temporary card for today's loading visit. since this had never happened before we went where were brought back, and I asked the young girl where to go and she was there. I looked out and the crowds of people on a Sunday that are crazy! I looked at her like she said two heads because I had no idea where to go. then she said stand on the line where all these people are so my man, my two-year-old, and I 39 weeks pregnant stood in the line where everyone got their taking checked because that is as they pointed out. when we approached the older women with black short hair to their neck, who also wore glasses and bangs, who saw that we were right next to her, totally ignored us. I started talking to her and she still ignored us until I started fleeing with her. I asked her if we were here to get a temporary Costco card. she said that they don't have to make any member services, and I told her the young lady said we should stand here, I'm not sure where members are. She said it was right. that is the member service provider. I'm not a line. do I look like a line to you and she rolled us on the eyes. I was as shocked as she talked to us as if we were stupid. we love costco have never had a bad experience with a worker until today. I said thank you and went to the right line. when we waited on the line, she spoke to her men about the acknowledgements she had to do, who are not her job and complain about working there. as a customer do not want to hear this, and it is something that should be kept private, not for the whole world to hear how much they hate their job. the costco at this place is amazing, but that a worker really put a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think someone with this job who doesn't want to help a customer work there. when we left and checked our acknowledgement, I tried so hard to escape her, but of course we did. not even checked our car, but put a line on the reception and let us go. what if we had stolen something, are they the kind of people they want to work for her?
