Great café with a beautiful atmosphere. Very relaxed, clean, spacious, cozy and played Upbeat music. Take our food to go, but would like to stay and enjoy it there. Drink: Spicy Maya Mocha was delicious! Only the correct amount of spices, cinnamon and chocolate. Not too sweet. Food: cheese empanaditas. Very delicious! Loved how cheesy it was and the dough was different from other empanadas I had recently, more pancake-like texture. My friend had the chicken tarpa and said it was pleasant. We also brought the dulce leche croissant home. It was delicious, but I'm glad I saw how it was filled, so I folded it to half and ate both sides together. Will be back!

Delicious latte and service is great! Only a disappointment is available only vanilla and caramel flavor syrups. How about hazelnut, roasted almond, Irish cream, etc? I'd love them.

Delicious Dark Chocolate Mocha, gluten-free arepas, excellent airy atmosphere with retail parking underneath. I love it.

Delicious mocha's. They basically are drinking liquid chocolate. I like their arepas especially the carnitas one. I like that they offer pickup and order at the table. Their curbside option is good too, but I only used it at the beginning of COVID when they were still working out the kinks.

Update Management listened and fixed the internet issue. Thank you! — Management lacks attention to internet issues. I used to come to this cafe more often. Liz and Hazel are the best baristas, great customer service! However, the internet does not work. I bring my laptop to do some work and several times over the last few months I have asked the manager to fix the internet as it continuously connects and disconnects every 5 minutes or so. Today I asked again and no action was taken. An arepa or panini is around $15 and a Tiger Spice Chai latte is around $7, I am spending minimum $22 when I come here and having stable internet is the least I expect from a cafe in Los Altos/Mountain View area.

This place always has a worst service I've ever had. We were in town for work and ate there 4 nights, every night was the same. Never been very busy, but we couldn't get a service. One night we sat (3 men) waiting for about 15 minutes and saw a table of women coming in and being served immediately by the guy who always wears a vest. When he left the women and asked us if we could get service and he said he had to come back to us. He was clearly two busy helping women. He never came back. I finally got help from a waitress who went to our table and was not assigned to our section. Every time we needed everything I had to submit to her. The vest just came back to get us our check. The next day I sat for 15 minutes before I could get someone to help me, again it was not busy at all. After 20 minutes I finally got a drink and asked for a menu. No one came back to take my order until I was there for half an hour. Then I had to ask for chips that they'll bring. I noticed that the West guy was there and seemed to have no idea what was going on with his girls. I was always respectful and very grateful for the waitresses who helped. When the food finally came, it was pretty good, and the chips they bring are very addictive. I think management needs training in customer service. Unfortunately we remain in this area and there are not many possibilities in walking distance.
