Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

There was something. The hostess told us the wrong daily special. The waitress seemed like she just walked through the movements. Eating was good, it just didn't seem as good as most other crackers barrels.

Never been a big fan. Again on the way home from a trip and had my average experience. The staff was great, but the food just doesn't really turn out. I think they're taking care of a certain age demography that doesn't notice. Unless there's no other choice, I'm going somewhere else.

ve had five stars if I didn't have to wait for almost an hour. And the grain bread sucks great time, and the cookies are ok, BUT, I?m just giving 4 stars because of the waiters from Brooklyn if it was?t for their friendly service I would give you a star, thanks to them!!! Her name is Natasha!!!

Great variety of food choices throughout the day. The blueberry pancakes are simply delicious ?. The country store has a variety of cute items to choose from and browsing is a great way to pass the time while waiting for a table. If the weather is nice you can also utilize the rocking chairs located outside the front of the restaurant. When my family travels south, Cracker Barrel is always our go to restaurant for any meal of the day.

Hello. I went to this location looking for country fried steak, peg games, and a good time. Instead, I left with the feeling of deceit, disappointment, and depression. The terrible experience started with my grandma being served entirely raw eggs. Two eggs had been cracked into her bread and were barely warm. That is unacceptable and disgusting. My grandma has been on this earth for 74 years and will never look at eggs the same way again. Honestly, she started talking about therapy again and I think her schizophrenia came back. She started talking about ?the bad man with the eggs? thanks Cracker Barrel? another problem for me to have to deal with. Anyway, next I was missing a side and given the wrong side. I was looked at like I had 9 heads. The waiter, Paul, forgot to bring our corn muffins and biscuits and ketchup. The corn muffins were dry and disgusting. Even butter couldn?t save them. I swear they were made out of dry wall. You could pave a road with the corn muffins. The country fried steak was over-cooked. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will be calling my therapist again and making another appointment. I will send Cracker Barrel the bill. This location was in Emporia, VA.

I know it?s hard to find good staff, but DAMN! The minute our waitress came to the table, she had that I don?t want to be here look?. I Started off asking for pecan pancakes to be brought out last so they?ll be hot , the waitress rolled her eyes and said, we can?t do that?, I kindly said , ?I eat here a lot and it can be done? she rolled her eyes AGAIN and said ? I?ll tell the cook?! Both sets of bacon was raw, and our eggs were cold! She never refilled our drinks, I had to get another waitress. I was scared to even ask for anything because of how she acted, like I was a bother . To make this experience any better?. Within 30 minutes after leaving, my boyfriend had a bad case of the swamp a !!

Great food and friendly staff. Lisa S was our waitress and she was great. Joey helped us as well and he was friendly and full of energy. ?
