our server was fabulous! the food and drinks were delicious. I hope to do it again next year!

when we were accompanied to our igloo, we notice that the table was a coffee table. how do they expect to eat (2) children and (2) adults at a coffee table. hot chocolate was cold because the afternoon hot chocolate per waiter. that was cold. I understand that the temperature is winter. but my food should be hot. like a hot summer day. When we were done, we went to the fire pit. that was nice, but on our trip and on the vacancy of other igloos. I realize they didn't have coffee tables. I'm sorry, but every igloo should have tables so they can eat their dinner.

I wish the tables were not short. it was very hard to eat on a coffee table level while sitting in a short dress. eating was amazing tho!

It was a nice experience just a little steep on rental price. I won’t do it again for $100 but everything else was nice about it. The waitress took good care of us The peppermint coffees were gross. Basically watered down something. We didn’t complain but would encourage you to have someone taste them to make sure ingredients are accurate.

Seemed to be quite understaffed when we arrived there was a wait for our reservation time. Waitress was very nice but had to rely on the other staff for water and drinks (they did not bring so waitress had to get it). Apps came out at the same time as our dinner. Dinners (pastas) were cold but apps were hot. Drinks took 45 min to get. Ceaser salad was way under dressed and subpar, waitress removed from bill. Took over two hours for dinner. Very cute inside but a little chilly so be sure to bring handwarmers and bundle up. Very cute but wouldn’t do it again.

Whole perimeter of Igloo has a gap. With 15° air blowing underneath. We were freezing! Waitress was super nice! Food was Meh... Seal a meal Prime rib with brown gravy poured on. Au jus goes with prime rib. Yes 100 bucks to literally freeze! My spaghetti and meatballs were microwaved. Outside of the dish was piping hot middle was lukewarm. 25 bucks. Wasn't worth it but we can say we tried. The restaurant has a menu that is different.

We had a reservation at 4:30 on a Saturday. The time limit for the igloo is 1 1/2 hours so you really want to make the most of your time. We were escorted to our igloo at 4:25 and were given menus. By 4:55, we never saw a server, no one ever came back to take our order or even acknowledge us. Beyond frustrating since there is a $100 charge just for the igloo itself! We were 1/3 of the way through our allotted time and NO ONE came back after we were seated! So we left. We walked right passed the hostess that had seated us 30 minutes earlier and she didn’t say a word! No one cared. Glad we didn’t pay that $100 up front. Never again!
