that was the best experience I ever had in a restaurant in lynchburg. diana and briana went beyond and beyond to ensure that every little ding was supervised during our visit, even if it was briefly disturbed. seriously, these workers need a resurrection or a bonus or something, because it was an incredible blessing to go there. the blizzards were perfect and the customer service was even better.

had a burger, who just as in and out of burger in California, the best ever and the soft servier in chocolate so delicious, the best part was the attention of the staff, this place is a hidden gem in lynchburg, they are to congratulate a great job!

we ordered a happy leif erikson day cake as sweat, because spongebob is super and the district manager? has an excellent job on the spicy spongebob! beware, hinga dinga durgen!

The cashier was, hands down, one of the nicest I have encountered. The rest of the workers were dressed in dirty clothes, a young girl came into the store (not working that shift) and walked right back into the cooking area without hesitation. She then hugged several people behind the counter. *any health code violations there?? They were out of the item I wanted but we all found some sort of ice cream. It was made quickly and sent out. The apparent? Manager on duty was trying to clean up and appeared stressed, but then was nice when giving out our order. We left immediately when we realized the lobby was closing but there was a large, newly graduated group still eating and talking. I'm not sure I would eat there...but the ice cream was good.

My fiance and I stopped here today (Friday, January 22, 2021) and I got a banana split. When I got my order out of the bag and seen how small it was, and seen there were very little of anything on it and we got charged $5 for it, I was highly disappointed. Was not worth the $5 at all. I'll never get anything from there again. They over charge. And the guy that brought our order out to us (they had to cook what my fiance got), he had nasty street clothes on. Shouldn't an employee bring your food to you with with your uniform on? Don't stop here because you'll get over charged. And from what I just read, there are other negative reviews about this place

Long wait and ants all over the place inside. Food was mediocre at best and way overpriced for what it was. Milkshake was good though.

The workers are nice but my complaint is the so called gravy they served with the chicken strips. It was watered down white liquid. It was not thick gravy and had no taste at all. If they are watering it down to stretch it they need to stop.
