Hello to Mr. Rich, the Manager of Denny's in Carpentersville! The reason why we stopped going to your competitor, I-HOP is because they have terrible service and on several occasions, got our simple order WRONG! The last time this happened at I-HOP, I brought it up to their manager, and all she did was give us 10% off. BUT, on the other side of the coin ... we have Denny's, and Rich, the Manager. Rich takes the time to train his entire staff to ensure his customers have a positive dining experience. Rich has genuine people skills and takes time out of his busy schedule to say hello and talk to us for awhile. We like to try different menu items, and have been very well pleased with all of the food, appearance, and taste. Denny's serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So, the next time you got a taste for food that is excellent, try Denny's ... you will NOT be disappointed!
