I don't know if there was a management change, but eating is infinitely better. the drinks are drinkable and delicious. I have my food and drink in time. requisit to the Dunkin team working here!

this situation is the renovation finished and is much improved from the outset! the staff was very helpful, friendly and patient! they took the time to explain the selection of donuts, it was the day before Valentine's Day and they had a lot of heart-shaped donuts! we have both breakfast sandwiches and donuts prepared all very good and delicious. I look forward to the return flight!

I came to write an evaluation of the missing hours they are open. I'm working 3. after reading the review I gave a 1 star bc, it seems the worst dunkin in the country and does not seem to be better.

ordered via grubhub 17 minutes before closing, we are living in total weirdness right now so my grub hub driver calling to let me know the store did not have any donuts was not that surprising. i love donuts so i ordered the following day at 1:30 my donuts came shortly after however they were hard and stale, we all know how pastries get hard and crackly when sat out over night well that’s how my donuts were. hopefully this was just due to a shortage in staff, ingredients, supply something excusable

Kids who don't care or clueless work at this one. There was 2 very good wmployees, a guy who left for better pay was always courteous and made coffee exact to order, and a girl who unfortunately can't work open to close 7 days a week, who hurt her arm recently, she is also a perfect employee . They should make her a manager with pay increase to get better help. Always walk in and stand for 10 minutes before your recognised by the rest, never had a coffee made right, other times you wait and leave and they never knew you were there, because they are all together at drivethrough hanging out, laughing, carrying on, 3 people at drive through, even at times when one car on line, weekends are worse when traffic backs up onto Durham rd because of the lack of job effort. But always seems best when that girl I mentioned is there, too bad the other guy quit. Will say when they actually serve you, they are pleasant and nice, just kids.

I really hate to give a bad review but I feel it’s 100% justified. Me and my wife came through the drive-through on Sunday morning, which I assume is one of their busiest times of the week. We pulled up and immediately ordered. There were three possibly four cars in front of us. We waited for 21 minutes at the drive-through. I know this because I had my GPS running and I looked at it after I ordered my food. We had a meeting to be at.It’s typically not the end of the world to me to wait at a drive-through but when we got to the window and observed what was happening inside it made me very frustrated and annoyed.There were a total of seven employees working. Two of the seven sat on their phone texting the entire time we were waiting outside the pick up window. Two other boys were goofing around wrestling a little bit horse playing or whatever you wanna call it. But clearly not working. After sitting there for a good 8+ minutes they asked me if I could pull around… I politely said no I’m not going to pull around because I was fed up with the wait and observing what was going on inside.I own a small business and know what it’s like managing employees. I hope the GM or owner see this review so they can be aware of what’s going on.
