In the last two weeks, the two young guys who drive the car tried to keep my change. Today I waited the line for my change. If I want to type, it's up to me. Cashier has no right to change all customers. I'm not back. Very rude and very small donuts. Deceased
They screwed my order twice, so I went to the lady had a stance with me when everything I wanted was my food and that it was right. So she told me she won't give me my food until I bring the other food and I said, okay no problem, and she didn't start talking for any reason, then I'll take the food and she was talking crazy and at that point I? m now insane because they were injustice and I could have been wrong about my food, but I didn't do it that way, was very disastrous and very unprofessional
The attitude of employees is pretty bad. You are more concerned that you are going away than ensuring that your order is correct. The lady at the car thru spoke so fast and had such a bad sound. It won't come back.
I bought a hot coffee early this morning. It didn't taste good at all. I threw it out. I believe the creamer was stale, possibly. Update: 12/4/2020 I went back two more times for coffee and had a great experience. The cashiers are always very professional.
I went here the other day. I got 4 hot chocolates with whip cream on top. No complaints.
Such a shame to Dunkin donuts brand name. I like there breakfast but this store left me a terrible experience. The hashbrows, yes the most famous dunkin hash brows came out as a ball of mash potatoes. Smelled weird, tasted bad. Its not over yet, there is more to come to add to the disappointment. The burnt chocolate scales came with it which left me no choice than put the food in the trash and move on with my life.
Very good breakfast food! It was somewhat fast and delicious
