First of all, this location does not even deserve a star. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes just for one drink, 2 vehicles in front 0 vehicles behind me. I finally pull up to the window and a young heavier set guy hands me the wrong drink- a watered down coffee concoction. 0 customer service. I proceed to tell him my drink is incorrect and he explains that HE DOES NOT KNOW because he just got there. Mind blown. I ask for a refund and he says I have to go through the app. Fine. He then proceeds to call the manager (Brie), from his cell phone, the manager was completely useless. He continues to repeat that he does not know what?s going on, even though, 2 younger girls are walking around behind him. This was a mobile order! I ask him to write down the manager?s name and he walks away for another, what seemed like, 5 minutes. I finally drove off after being in their drive thru lane for 20+ minutes! This location should be shut down! Dunkin Donuts- I?ve been a customer for many years and I know this is not the branding you stand behind. This is SHAMEFUL!! I have now filed a formal complaint with corporate.
