Coffee seems to be great here! The food was not as good as expected this time. My Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Cheese Croissant was a bit overcooked and dry and a little pricey. Will try again next time with something else.

I usually come to this spot because it is closest to work and I honestly do not have time to go to any other Dunkin. The workers are friendly but I am not sure how familiar they are with making drinks. The majority of the time that I have gone, they never fill the cup all the way. It is usually 1/4 empty. I normally would not be complaining about this, but coffee prices have gone really high, and it is inconvenient only to get a small portion when you are paying such a high price. The food could definitely be better as well. The sandwich I always order tastes a bit refrigerated and sometimes it is even cold.

I would like to start be saying I have been coming to this dunkin almost everyday for over a year since it?s next to my work. Within the past 2 months this place has completely gone down hill. The staff used to be so nice, always got my order correct, and were always super fast. Recently, no matter how much I specify my order, I will only get a black coffee. When I say at the window that I asked for the syrup in it, they get extremely short and rude with me. I?ve completely stopped coming here. I tried for the last time this morning and I got another plain black coffee.

The new team needs to be re-trained. Two of the four coffees we ordered didn't not have the pumpkin swirl that was ordered. I had to ask for the 5th drink, straws, and napkins twice. One of the breakfast sandwiches wasn't heated, the cheese was cold. I ordered 3 breakfast wraps and they put all 3 of them in the same wrapper. They were stuck together and made a mess when we tried to separate them. I used to love this location and now I'm afraid to return and waste my money again.

First of all, this location does not even deserve a star. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes just for one drink, 2 vehicles in front 0 vehicles behind me. I finally pull up to the window and a young heavier set guy hands me the wrong drink- a watered down coffee concoction. 0 customer service. I proceed to tell him my drink is incorrect and he explains that HE DOES NOT KNOW because he just got there. Mind blown. I ask for a refund and he says I have to go through the app. Fine. He then proceeds to call the manager (Brie), from his cell phone, the manager was completely useless. He continues to repeat that he does not know what?s going on, even though, 2 younger girls are walking around behind him. This was a mobile order! I ask him to write down the manager?s name and he walks away for another, what seemed like, 5 minutes. I finally drove off after being in their drive thru lane for 20+ minutes! This location should be shut down! Dunkin Donuts- I?ve been a customer for many years and I know this is not the branding you stand behind. This is SHAMEFUL!! I have now filed a formal complaint with corporate.

Ordered an iced chai latte which the lady read back to me correctly, but I ended up with what I?m thinking is an iced coffee with chai pumps? Not sure, but it?s definitely not tea. The box of munchkins we ordered only had 2 of the 4 flavors in it. Overall a very weird and poor experience. It seems like the staff needs to be retrained.

Went to Dunkin Donuts at this location for the first time today..We will never go back. Our donuts were hard, didn 't get my drink order right, a dirty diaper was in a parking space very near the door. Even the staff was just ok . This place needs a lot of work before we would ever go back, if we ever do.. Gave them one star for the staff being ok .

not too happy in because we were called more lousy about something that was on our bill that should not have been there. our waiter told us that maisbrot came with our pulled pork plate. When they brought it to our table, we accepted it, because we thought it had come with the meal. my brother had ordered a maize bread assistant before. when our bill came and had 2 maiscakes on it, we told them that we should only have one, as we did not order the second, and we were told that it came with our meal. the manager came by immediately and said, “Do what I can do” without saying anything else, but that and had a big job. we tried to explain that we were told that it was coming with him, but we were always only told that we should not have taken it if we don't order it, although we really thought it was coming with the meal as we were told as such. even if he didn't say it came with him- what he did- but only for matters of the economy we were brought food that we didn't order. cornbread is something that seems like it would come with a meal, so some people only assume that it comes with him and take it, even if they were not told that it came with him. eating was misplaced and that is not our fault. but the debt was put on us because they only accepted us food they brought us. we would have liked to have paid for it, even if we had not ordered it and had not written a review if we had not been called a sinner all the time, because we said it had come to this. the waiter even lied to the manager when she asked if he told us it came with him and shook his head. he can have really mispoken and wanted to say that it came with another type of brot, but accidentally said kornbrot. but they have a fault and do not owe it to the customer. it's just the principle to be called a lousy and argue with customers about something that should not be so big. bad customer service. in any case, we have still tipped well because we really have not taken care of the price. the manager was so annoyed and had such an attitude with us about it, the poor waiter felt likely to cover his tracks to avoid getting angry at him. So we still tipped him well. Maybe we shouldn't, but he still has to pay his bills at the end of the night. However, the manager must definitely learn good business practices. that shouldn't have been so big. that was great.
