First time at this location. Donuts are stale and wrong ones. Never going to this location again!

Manager said he couldn't void sale. Seems hard to believe. Never heard of such as thing. So paid double my amount. Great way to start the holiday season in 2020. Alot of other great Dinkins in the area, dont waste the time on this one just in case they mess up. Sad!

I have to mention that all the employees in this location were very nice that's what got them the 3. Otherwise...0 stars. I'm not convinced they've all been trained properly... because it also appeared they were all working very hard. Here's the problem...i waited for too long for 2 bagels that weren't even supposed to be toasted... and no one proactively communicated with me. That's a cardinal retail sin. The order was wrong... and the bagels were stale to the point of not edible. They were hard as a rock. I like Dunkin. I liked the people in this location.... but ya gotta be better. I typically don't post online reviews... because I think most are done by angry people with axes to grind with everyone in the universe... but i also think business owners need feedback. I WILL give this location another chance. Train your folks better and sell fresh bagels!

The employees weren?t friendly and very rushing. The box of donuts was covered in chocolate all over the outside and they didn?t try to clean it off so it got all over everything. I asked to ensure the drink had liquid sugar bc it didn?t say it on the screen and he cut me off to say got it! And of course the order was wrong. Not a good experience.

I have had more orders wrong than right from this store and if by chance it is right, I have to give my order multiple times through the Drive-Thru speaker even though my drink is pretty standard. Dunkin isn?t like it used to be, now they?re shipping donuts in frozen and just warming them up each morning. Pretty disappointing.

in many Korean bbq restaurants in different states, from the countless in total California to new york city to chicago and then some in colorado, arizona, kansas and even oklahoma, where our many travel have taken us, this is one of the worst and overrated Korean restaurants. we drove 45 minutes to check this place because of the number of good reviews. we can think of the only reason behind the high reviews, is due to lack of other good or decent options in the opposite or limited experience of the reviewers/döner with good Korean food. the prices are also crazy, I get it is inflation, but $21 for little soon-tofue suppe (can not find any of the seafood mentioned). $6 on appetizer for few leaves from seetang (at the same price they can only buy dozens of boxes at costco or other food stores). $34 for la galbi, which usually had fat and some meat, but zero taste due to or lacking marinade. tasteless, tasteless. the galbi tasted here like raw meat plates that were sprinkled with salt and pepper and then delivered to us. we asked the waitress repeatedly to confirm that she brought us the right order. at 2 orders of galbi we have to endure eating tasteless meat. the banchan selection was also limited and moderate. cheap quality steamed reis. japchae tasted ok, but no cut egg omelet, and super fat, not to mention very small size for $18. only 1 star to give because the service was pretty good and the service staff was attentive. extremely overpriced place for tasteless and tasteless medium Korean foods.
