DD inside terminal BDL next to TSA .2nd floor , bad service, waiting on line ,staff chatting with another terminal employee ,,,, came back no one behind counter...7/13/19 noon...decided to go to a different DD.
Not the friendliest of people and multiple times order has been incorrect. Not a fan.
Ordered and payed for a bagel with veggie cream cheese. Got a bagel. No cream cheese. Who would think to even check their bagel for the cream cheese before leaving the counter if they asked for cream cheese on their bagel??? Ruined my flight. Ate a bagel with no cream cheese.
Terrible. Every day a line out the door. Five people behind the counter one is slower than the next. Sad. Very sad.
Location location location.All the conveniences of a regular dunkin shop except a drive thru. Great spot to grab a cuppa and wait for your flight or your passenger.This airport is on the right trajectory in terms of ratings and relevance.
