Was meeting an associate and wanted to take his office a treat. Sannly was friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and the lobby is spacious. A large selection of donuts available 1.99). Would certainly return.

The old fashioned donuts are my favorite. This is my morning coffee of choice.
The donuts were soggy like they were frozen and defrosted. The sales person gave me the wrong donuts, when I went back in to get the right donuts she argued with me what was old fashioned and what is plain! And then she had a rude comment.Never go there, I don’t recommend to anyone.Parking: Parking lot empty

I'm a huge fan of Dunkin in general but dang these people need to cook the bacon longer. Everything else is cooked deliciously but 9/10 my bacon is so soggy!! For example, I ordered the snackin bacon once, which is supposed to be nice and seasoned and crispy but what I got was literally inedible. See photo. I don't order bacon in any of the wraps or sandwiches anymore because it is most likely going to soggy, not crispy as advertised. I have tried so many times thinking the employee is maybe just having an off day or something but no matter the time day employee or menu item I have only ever been served bacon that was at least cooked enough to taste ok ONCE.
Really bad customer service. Not even greeting the customers and rud actitud with clients. I came today Wednesday and this young girl helped me, she didn't even say good morning and with angry actitud she throw the donuts in the box. I told her that she needs to have a better customer service and another girl working there look at her and both start laughing. I wouldn't recommend this place.
November 23 2022 Wednesday afternoon around 1pm tried to put a order in for around 130 dollars. Due to your local customer service being disrespectful and racist the order did not take place. Not sure how much the management cares but cursing at customers while others are in store it's simply bad business. Management you need to look at the cameras you have posted in the store and take appropriate action and start cleaning your act. As for rating I would give you a -5 stars for unbelievable garbage customer service.. I will notify the DD headquarters in Mass to make sure appropriate knowledge to the local owner will be contacted.
It's early in the morning ... we said good morning many times, no one from the Dunkin' donut staff member responded. Not friendly people and you don't need that kind of attitude in the morning
