Couples weekend in Galena, Friday evening I think we meet every bar for a drink, stopped here and loved the service! On Saturday night for the band and the staff again were great! They were on the drinks and never had to ask. The band was great, not too loud, could have a conversation.

Taste a little of everything, but the seafood khowder and bread pudding, where my favorites! Certainly recommend this jewel when visiting Galena.

Love the food here, especially the mushroom soup. The owner is great. And so the waitress who was there when I was there is not only a beautiful woman, with a beautiful accent, but also a big server. Really enjoyed my whole experience, randomly eating my remains now.

It was a bitterly cold evening in mid January when my wife and I followed up on a suggestion from the folks at Fiber Wild Yarn Shop to check out Embe Galena. We did! Had excellent seafood chowder and mushroom soup with artichoke sun dried tomato with thyme!! Add a pint of hard cider, and Cabernet, to go with it, and we had a perfect light supper. Excellent service, drinks and sustenance!

Food was outstanding! (seafood soup turkey sandwich) the soup was off the charts good! The food came out very fast 10 minutes or so! Will be back again!

Decided to try this place, well, because we happened to park in front of it....and it.was.awesome! The service was outstanding, and the food blew us away! ....and the bread pudding! Incredible! We'll be back!
