Every time I order through DoorDash and receive my food, it is never right. It seems they're throwing my food together and throwing it in the bag. The potato soup no longer tastes like it tastes like pigslope? Perhaps the workers begin to become lazy and it is time to hire new workers who actually want to do work there

Fireworks Subs Cedar Hill is not a facility that I would recommend unless there are some changes. It was the first time to eat here and probably the last. We placed our orders and it took 25 minutes to get our food. There was a family who ordered 30 minutes before us and lost their order form. Well, we have our order before her. Our lower parts were not made as we ordered them and the taste was not great. It looks like the person who took our order did not listen to what we wanted and just tried to get us through the line.
Usually quite fast and decent service, this time took 30 minutes to go from checkout.... that's absurd for two sandwiches. There were probably 3-4 people with us. Hopefully the manager sees this and gets some support there because the two people couldn't hack it at 6:00 on Saturday 10/1.

Two sandwiches and $28 dollars later, and I don?t have my pickle for neither sandwich. As we all know the pickle is the most important part? So DISAPPOINTED ?
Firehouse is a great place to eat and customer service is good. I was next door waiting on a cake order that wasn?t ready. I came in just ask to get a small drink and he took care of it. I love the customer service here at the Cedar Hill store!
My wife is pregnant and was on a mission to have Firehouse Subs. We walked in and there was about 5 people in line. The staff member at the register was moving people quickly, and was very friendly. I?m indecisive, so I asked his opinion between two sandwiches. He told me to go with the Meatball sub, and I gotta say? great choice! This was my second time at Firehouse (grew up on Subway) and it blew Subway?s meatball sub out of the water. My wife got a cooked Turkey sandwich and let?s just say? there were no survivors haha. Highly recommend this sub shop if your looking for friendly staff and a great sub.
Staff was friendly. One staff member took notice of the fact that it was or first time there and showed us how to order and gave us some sandwich selections. I really appreciated him cause I'm always nervous trying to order at a new place. The food was yummy and reasonably priced.
