Actually, that's the worst sandwich I've seen ever. this thing is completely wrong, not even close to what I ordered. I really changed my understanding about this place.

it was good, but I wasn't xcepected
went to the load and was said it would be a 25-minute waiting time (without someone else inside) because they had to take care of the online orders first.
have their a vegetarian option and it was surprisingly good! flavors mixed well and I also liked their firehouse sauce on it. more price than subway, but I would say it is better quality
Horrible customer service! Trash overflowing the trash can in the front of the store with trash all over the entry. Our sandwiches sat on the counter without any notification that they were ready. Staff acted like they were doing ua a favor to prepare the food with a hefty $27 charge for two sandwiches. What a disappointment for a franchise that is trying to make a difference. We will not be visiting this location in the future. Highlands Ranch Firehouse Fail!
shawneen was great. she was very polite and made sure i got my chips and drink of choice. her sandwich recommendation was on point. i will be back.
They almost always make nice sandwiches with care and well balanced ingredients. I've tried several and they're probably my favorite sandwich chain at this point. I get online to go orders most of all and they're usually perfectly made and don't have issues. Any issues were kindly fixed when discussed. Would recommend!
I've been visiting this location several times a week for about a month now. I find the staff to be friendly and personable. The prices are higher, but I don't mind paying for higher quality. I haven't had a sandwich that I didn't enjoy. Keep up the excellent work; I'll keep coming back!
