I usually don't post this, but this place really went down. I've always ordered here, but something changed. I think it has changed its own or something because food quality is now differentiated. Snap sandwiches that just don't taste good. that's sad, because that was my regular lunch place for a few years. they tried to give them another chance yesterday, and landed on half my sandwich away.
I had this problem before nothing ever goes right, but today was the last thing to be. they always ignore you as if you were gonna put a crawl on her day, as if you were taking up, they can't wait you to get out. Mostly, they have just messed up one thing and forgotten something small as a topping, but today they have forgotten the half of my order, my sandwich was the exact opposite of what I ordered, and I was badly treated. good that I checked because we had only ordered two items from the seven items. I had to remind her what I needed. then they made my sandwich, as I said the exact opposite, went in to get it done new and guess what they did exactly the same as the first false! finally it did right, but sat there and tried to mouth badly, but they were not as quiet as they thought. small update: when I came home, my pickle was cut in half, but it looked like both sides were teething. it was so questionable that I threw everything away! so tired of this situation!
This location has always been the best in my opinion. Awesome people, amazing food always prepared exceptionally, the best cookies!
They used to yell welcome to firehouse when you walked in and the place and now they don't say anything. The prices are ridiculous and the manager was condescending when I asked why I was given misinformation when I ordered.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the decor featuring Denver's unique White Fire Trucks, was perfect, after visiting the Denver Firefighters Museum. Thank you!
