Firehouse Subs Rome

This place used to be great, but it's really not anymore. On the other day I went to order a sandwich, and the cheese was not even melted, it was like you went to Walmart and took thin American cheese and simply threw it on the bread, it was also on the sandwich to hear.

Zero stars. I ordered chicken sandwich with chicken cheese and Cajun mayo only I get tomatoes and some brown meat. Just apologise that they can give me is the steak and chicken is side by side and I can get a substitute sub the next time I'm in? noooo I won? not be back when you send that out, why should someone come back? Hello people, if you don't eat it, never send it to someone to eat it!! If you don't want to do the job you paid? go home and do us all a favor!!!

Fast service. Our order was correct. The tables were dirty when we came in but by the time we had placed our order they were cleaning them. I just wish they had more than one drink dispenser... It's one of those coke machines with the touch screen and there always seems to be a line there. Update 7/10/22.. They're getting one sandwich out every 10 minutes at 6:25PM. Been waiting 20 minutes and there's still 4 tables waiting in front of me that haven't gotten their orders either.

The cashier named Jaiden was super rude. Wouldn't even make eye contact, and I repeated my name over and over and he still got it wrong, but his attitude and tone was NOT what you should've heard while ordering food. All the other employees was amazing though.

Every time I go to Firehouse it is fresh and consistent. I know what I am getting. FRESH! I was a little sad about the hot sauce rack being discontinued due to the pandemic, but the food is great. I am always wowed by the hospitality Nd its even better knowing some of the profit benefits the local fire departments!

I love the brisket sandwich. My wife usually gets the gluten free turkey bacon ranch. Minus today my sandwich has always been with a little more meat but everybody is allowed a mistake every now and then. The taste is great and the customer service is exceptional.

Great food, sweet staff abbi remembered me from the last time that i was here. Haley w was quick and polite when answering my questions about the menu. The staff here make me question weather i will ever eat at subway again. Thanks again firehouse crew for another great visit.
