Overall decent however the fries were rather small. Fry sauce was mid at best and has been considered knock off Chick-fil-A sauce burger was good but the main issue was the delay on custard service. The machine was being refilled/reloaded however the food was made long before the deserts and one of the treats sat so long that it melted on the counter. Overall 4/10. Needs work on service.

I like there hamburger and there fries, crispy. Very friendly behind take order counter. The food was hot. We were asked if we needed special sauce for fries- yes, please. All was good. Table needed wiped and they did it right away.

My first time trying Freddy's. In all fairness I think I wanted it to be more than what it was. I was looking for something more than a burger joint. It certainly has its own twist and unique flavors but the expectations came up short for me. The custard shake were not life changing as I had hoped and the fries I will not order again and the burger was not bad, the decor and atmosphere were above average and the staff had a solid performance. I will probably give it another try in the future.

I asked for veggies on a sandwich and did not have the order filled correctly. (Lettuce, tomatoe, onion) Came back in the store to get veggies added. They made a whole new sandwich and still did not get the correct veggies on the sandwich. So I just left before anymore time was wasted. Went back to the vehicle and the second sandwich was wrong as well. Too much time was spent already, Terrible service. The people behind the counter were short on conversation. Can definitely tell it's to shuffle people in and out rather than to provide good food. Would not recommend.
