Friendly's

Let's start. I wasn't friendly, in a while I had to run out with my daughter and my son-in-law to get the supplies for repairing our house so some of the crew came with us, I told him I would treat them for a friendly dinner! Let me tell you something that our Marchell server has attacked me. I haven't seen such a server in many years, she was very excited to take care of us when she came back to the table she asked if there is anything else she can do, and she said thank you and yes, sir and no sir. I told her Marchell you don't have to call me when you come to the table. Okay, sir, this young lady you can say that she enjoyed serving the crew when we sat everything we ordered was perfect! It was like we were in a five-star restaurant! Your service was fast impeccable. If you could learn how well she took care of us, write the same words I am! In my life, I was in some high-quality facilities that sit near $1,000 just to have a meal. Marchell emulsified standing; now remember that this is friendly where you get a burger and ice cream! But I'll tell you one if there's more. Young members of the society that their passion her pleasant smiles her intensely to ensure that our stay at friendly was a pleasant family-oriented experience for us today. Her attitude and demeanor would have surprised you! How did she do her job?. She made us feel like we were the only people in the friendly and she wanted to make sure that when we left there we had to grow up this young lady in a loving family with a good meal and a smile on her face and a friendly word from her. You could feel it every time she said something. Too friendly this young lady is a treasure she deserves a certificate for her quality work ethics; as she was part of the restaurant. I usually don't complicate our servers or my servers when I'm with friends and family, and I was in several companies that are more than five star restaurants and I didn't have this kind of quality service in many years! Are we all here and full of our meal? I will come with my daughters and my family to experience this night. We like to say good to the chefs and the manager! The quality of the food was excellent on all tastes"used deserves a round applause!! Your company should appreciate what you do for the name of the company? I've been kind for years and never had such a terrible experience. We were served by an obviously new employee who had absolutely no idea what she did. There were only two tables and it took 20 minutes to just come for someone to get our drinks. We waited 30 minutes for our food just because the order is wrong. We thought we were a little tough, but we also complained about other tables. The employees were not visible, and it seemed like those who were there had no idea what was going on. Our hostess even had to ask a manager how to sit customers. Mad for a slow Tuesday. This place is listed black.

I haven't been with a friend for years. I left because my son 22. Birthday and he wanted to experience his childhood going back to his favorite restaurant. Drove 1 hr and never again. When was WANN sooo OVERPRICED??? 15 For a TÜRKEY SANDWICH, which is not even gourmet.. 16 for 3 Mozzarella Sticks, 1/4 Quesadilla and wafers. It's INSANE. The girl we took was really nice. Have a strawberry Sunday, well no one can beat it on ice, delicious. Not sure. Too expensive for simple things.

Went in with a buy one Sundae get 1 free coupon on my phone. The phone said nothing about having to use the app to use this coupon. When we ordered our Sundays and presented the coupon, was told we had to use the app to get the coupon. Rather than put the app in my phone, I just paid full price for the Sundaes. Was very disappointed. I can't have an app for everything!

I went to try friendly?s for the first time ever despite everything I?ve heard. When we arrived the menu looked great and the server we had was off to a good start. We place our order and the food came out relatively quick. However this is where the problem begins. The photos used on their menu is straight up false advertising so if you don?t read the description of the item then, like my husband, you?ll be confused. We addressed the confusion with our server and she decided to go the kitchen and tell the staff that we were complaining that the burger was wrong. Yet all we asked was if this was the same burger because the picture looked different. All the serve had to do was explain that it was indeed the correct item and the photo was just slightly misleading (mind you the photo of the burger had what looked like pulled pork or beef but what arrived on the burger was chunks of brisket or something). The server then returns and offers us another item instead and when I made an assumption on what an ?impossible burger? was given that everywhere else who uses those words refer to it as a plant based burger. When I expressed that to my husband, the serve who was facing my husband gave me the dirtiest side eye and snapped back with ?it?s not an impossible burger?. I was rather surprised since she had just said impossible burger but I assumed I just misunderstood, however I did not appreciate her being rude and disrespectful. The serve proceeded to go back to the kitchen to bad mouth us some more. Needless to say we addressed it with the sever who acted like we couldn?t hear her from our seat, boxed up the sad and over priced meals, and left. I would never set foot in this establishment ever again, nor would I recommend this to anyone.

I had a good time here. I went for my birthday. Friendly staff and GOOD food. Sighed up on the app and got a free sundae. Was a good experience until I started to eat the free sundae, it came with a piece of cardboard in it. Thank you how nice

I tried these and I must say they are really good and soft for my braces, although I only can give it a 4 star because the presentation isn?t the best and the ice cream was really good no complaints
