A wonderful underground coffee bar with a strong character is located in the middle of nowhere in Indiana with extremely fast WIFI and hot rich fresh coffee!! This hidden place is indeed a hidden gem! It is spacious from inside and has all kinds of seating from couches to bar stools to regular table chairs. I felt strange because I was asked by the owner and another man where I come from and what I do!! Not sure if that was a friendly gesture or just curiosity, because I definitely didn't look locally. It was so strange and unexpected! I've never experienced such an experience. The good news I was there twice and I wasn't shot. I guess it was a friendly gesture - most likely - anyway. I enjoy a coffee here on my way to work at 7:00. It is hidden on the main road in Ligonier, Indiana. It is a historic cute town of 4000 inhabitants, nod named city of wall paintings, founded by a guy who came from Ligonier, PA. Historical wall paintings in front of this café are beautiful and interesting.

Got the first shot of the day, and it was so good that we found this jewel of a place. Beautiful service and atmosphere was so cozy and uplifted. I wish we could have stayed all morning!

As you can see from the emojis on the photo, the food was delicious. A lunch special of loaded grilled cheese and chips! The ladies working today were Rockstars during their lunch rush. I didn't wait long for my sandwich and I had a delicious mocha muffin to munch on while I waited. A muffin, and lunch was around $10 which is fine for the quality and fun experience of Grounded.

I was worried when I came here, but the flavors we are very good. The place feels a little down, but I was satisfied with everything I tried. On the day I left, I heard the owner and said not to order enough food. The just reopened for immersion and it was a year that they only serve takeout. I noticed some strange dishes like beef and broccoli, they had chicken and broccoli. Again, the aromas are really good, just a little different from what I expected to see. The price seemed a little high compared to other high quality Chinese buffets.

Great food, good service and the chef owners heard us and delivered great food! Two of our parties had the lambs, delicious! My brother had the act, great! I had the lake bass especially over pasta, balanced and clean plate. We will definitely be back a lot.
