Really cute place, only about 7 months old, it's food from Nepal. The staff are very nice and will help you choose the food if you don't know all of the menus. Good portions at a fair price for really unique food (and really good food!)

The menu offers both Indian and Nepalese food. We only tried the Nepalese cuisine and enjoyed the unique flavors on our sample plate. I will definitely come again.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we dealt with them before we did. We expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region.

The food was good, not the best Nepalese food in the bay area but they get there. It's a new restaurant and they are doing very well.

I found this restaurant while looking for a place to eat in Pleasenton. The food at this attractive Napali / Indian restaurant was great. The group had an expert in Indian food in the group and could choose top quality dishes and the waitress helped with the napal meal. Everything about this cozy Pleasenton restaurant will keep us coming back time and time again. Try it, you will like it. P.S. The prices are very moderate, the tab for the four of us was $ 65,

The vegetable momo was outstanding. The garlic nan was cooked to perfection. Unfortunately they ran out of lamb, but my date opted for goat curry and really enjoyed it. The service was very good. I'm looking forward to my next meal there.

tonight I tried to go in color side tavern and was immediately accelerated by the two prahlers. they accused me of having a fake id based on absolutely nothing before I looked at my identity. that was so preposterous that I honestly thought it was a sweat. When I showed the bouncer my ID, he hardly saw it a second long before he announced that it was fake (I still thought he would joking at that point) then he asked me in which country I live, the graf is not printed on an identification and this question has no meaning. when I did not answer this question, he took my ID and refused to give it back. I asked and explained about and about that my identification card is real, I said I just wanted to take and go home, my address recited, told them my old (which is 25) etc. but the two bouncers continued to stare and laugh. they have not scanned the id, they have not asked me any valuable to judge whether my id was real, they simply insisted that it was fake. at this place I called the police, but they still refused to return the identification. Finally, I was forced to return home to my apartment and get other forms of identification to prove my identity and my age. when I returned with my passport, W-2, social insurance card, leasing etc., they still stared at me a few minutes before I was identified. this situation was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. the bouncers are not properly trained or qualified to be bounced, and they do not have the right equipment to judge the validity of an identification. this device should be evaluated by the authorities to determine whether they are even able to identify a fake id, I think that due to my situation they are most likely to be that people in their spatial areas are unknowingly due to their lack of ability to correctly determine the validity of identity cards.
