I just took my 4 year old to this Hardee's on a little Daddy/Daughter date, and I was so impressed with the experience I felt like I just had to leave a review. Weird I know. The staff were all SO SWEET to my little girl- chatting with her and even giving her a little toy, called her name when our food was ready, just made her day! I was honestly blown away at how friendly everyone was. The restaurant was very clean, the food was hot and fresh and tasted great, and they even let me double up a coupon. I'm so used to having mediocre interactions when it comes to fast food, I guess this just really hit me especially because of how it made my daughter feel. Great work to the Hardee's team working the Friday lunch shift!

Not happy, at all with the taste of my food at all.(Nasty)They would not refund my order.I really don’t appreciate the fact that my sandwich this morning tasted nothing like what I ordered.I didn’t want them to remake it I just had food poisoning a week ago.So I got food somewhere else.So just a waste of money.Hopefully I will never have to come back a waste of time money.
Have you ever told yourself, I 've got a great thing going... I think I 'll scrap it and do something else! ? No? Didn 't think so. Evidently, this was the bright idea Hardee 's had coming out of a pandemic. I loved eating the Thickburgers! It was the only place I could get a big, thick burger without going to a sit down restaurant. That was their shtick! When they came out with the Six Dollar Burger years ago, they had an Arby 's-esque Revival. Now, they 've gone back to quarter pound patties. The Thickburger is dead. Look, everyone is doing quarter pound patties. Frankly, Wendy 's is using sweet pickles and they 're much better than those Hardee 's is using. I walked in, saw the menu, and walked out. And, after my wife 's dry, hard chicken biscuit the other morning, Hardee 's is dead to me.
The hamburgers that I bought were a shame. They were nothing like the pictures. I probably won't try those sorry $2.99 hamburgers again.
I think Hardee's is America's breakfast table instead of the Shoney's they used to claim. They have the best biscuits and sausage gravy!! I eat at several different ones.
Extremely friendly!!! Short staffed, as is common at these times, but can't say enough how impressed I was with the courtesy I experienced. We had the Frisco burgers and all of us (three) really enjoyed them.
I drive a truck so I can not use the drive through, I try to stop in for breakfast around 5 15 5:30am every so often and they always have the lobby locked and will not even acknowledge the fact that I am there to buy food. The sign on the door says LOBBY OPEN AT 5AM. Don't have this problem at any other Hardees, poor opening employees that won't open the lobby on time.
Ordered 3 breakfast platters had to wait on them which was OK but when I got home found out that everything wasn't in the platters missing the gravy in all 3 platters and didn't even get forks etc. Ugh
