Hawaiian Bros Island Grill

Tina, Sierra, Chris, Victoria and the rest of the team were wonderful! This was my first time in Hawaiian Bros. Victoria took my order and was very good about the products and had brought our food to our table in a few minutes. She told us about the reward program and left us with our military rebate (my partner is in the army. Chris and Victoria both came to our table to review us regularly to ensure that we were satisfied with our meal. The kitchen team cooked it for perfection! Juicy, juicy chicken and perfectly cooked rice. I am not usually a fan of Makkaroni Salat, but was pleasantly surprised by this side dish! My friend is a great fan of this joint and we will undoubtedly be back and forth to experience the great food and excellent service. I think I heard that Victoria said she was new in her position, but her management and customers are sure she is a top-tier employee! Give the girl an increase! The store was clean, cute and comfortable. 10/10 experience. Thanks to the team!

I was very impressed by the employees at the Belton site. Not only the basic customer service was fantastic, but they went beyond and beyond when they prepared and packed my food. I have notified them an allergy and they made sure that my food was not contaminated in the kitchen and then my food was in a separate bag without me asking and said that it was to ensure that my food does not touch the other food through allergy. Most places don't even think about it, but I appreciated their efforts. The food tasted delicious as well as friendly staff checked us several times while we eat in the lobby. Thanks Hawaiian Bros for the great service and additional effort!

Today I had a problem with my card not working and the staff was very friendly and friendly. The food was good and fresh they offered me the reward program so I was signed. The overall experience was amazing. The name of my server was Ryan and he is always very nice, knowledge, and let me know, and new things go on and it makes this place my favorite. I prefer to actually go and dinate and full interaction based on my experience with the staff here and I would definitely recommend and go back.

We?re from KC moved to Arkansas a few months ago. We went to KC just for a day, my friend who has never been to KC went with us. We chose Hawaiian Bros to eat naturally ?? (Wanted her to try something that we don?t have in Arkansas) I have never went inside ate until that day. Ryan was VERY welcoming helpful throughout are whole experience. Love his personality! Him the manager came checked on our family more than once. Ryan was super amazing we will definitely make a stop next time we?re in town! The melon (tea/juice) mixed with sprite (Ryan?s choice) was AMAZING! The kitchen staff was also very welcoming kind! GREAT JOB! ? Definitely best experience! -Bruce Family

We stopped in for some comfort food after the KC loss and though we are still broken hearted over the game we left in better spirits. My experience with the Belton location is always very good. From being greeted immediately by attentive staff, they are always happy to accommodate. Tonight I was trying to make some healthier choices and a young man, Rad, was super helpful in suggesting a mixed plate with veggies and 2 types of meat (even though I love the macaroni salad). The veggies were done perfectly, not soggy and with the suggestion of two meats, I found my new favorite, Huli Huli!! Anyway, it may not be that big of a deal, but nowadays it?s not always easy to find good customer service and patience in the marketplace. Hats off to the staff, cooks and management at Belton MO HB.

Absolutely loved my experience at the Belton Hawaiian Bros today! The staff was absolutely amazing. Rad was incredibly nice and helped me navigate the menu and pick the perfect meal for my boss and I. Then before I even got to the window for my food, the sweetest lady with the best smile had it waiting for me. Not to mention, our food was delicious. A 10 out 10 experience for sure!

I absolutely love Hawaiian Bros! Amazing food and wonderful staff. They recently raised their prices, and I understand the reasoning, I have stopped going as often, no fault of the restaurant. But I went today and sadly I was very disappointed, I always order a large so I can eat some for my lunch and finish it off for dinner. I felt my portions were too small for the size I got, and when I compared it to the people I was eating with, it was a noticeable difference. I know it may not be a huge deal, but for the increase in price I didn?t expect such a small amount of meat. I live too far to return to the store today, otherwise I would have kindly asked if that was the amount I was supposed to get. I hate to say I will never be back, but it looks that it?s coming to that.
