always a pleasure to come here! the workers are so welcoming and encourage them to try different foods based on what their preference is. the recommendations they presented (which they gave every time I visit, much), are all worth it so far. in any case recommend! try them out!

came here because of the high ratings and was not disappointed. ordered three dishes recommended by the waiter and it was all perfect and tasty as home cooking. the waiter was very friendly and funny, nice, a chat with. the place is a little dated, but comfortable and clean.

Very nicely cooked beef and noodle. They use the right cut of beef. No msg.

This place is always my go to spot in China town. I swear the two people who run this place never age. They've been there for as long as I can remember. They are very friendly, happy, the food is more than plentiful. You'll leave, full, happy, wanting to return. If you are in China Town, stop by, experience how great they are.

It seems restaurants like Ho Sai Gai are usually love or hate. In this instance, I loved it. The general tso’s chicken that I had was unlike anything I’ve ever tried before. The consistency of the sauce and the texture of the breading was unique and delicious. The pork dumplings were equally delightful; thick and meaty (phrasing) they were paired with a tangy sauce that really left me satisfied. Between the lunch special and dumplings we spent 30$ for two people on a filling lunch stop. Couldn’t recommend more.

We just stumbled on this place while in Chinatown. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly. The place is very small and intimate and feels more like going to a relatives house for dinner rather than a restaurant. The food came out quickly and was delicious! The serving sizes were huge especially with how well priced the dishes were. The owner was so nice and helpful and had a wonderful sense of humor!
