Hoban Korean Bbq

while we found a place called hoban korean bbq in the cities. we had to try how the name of my cat is hoban. 1). it was our destination for dinner for our trip to the cities. it was a little strange when we went to the place. it didn't look open and we didn't see anyone inside. So we were double checked google and it said it was open, so we went back and tried the door a few times and it was. I'm glad we came back to make sure. the one we found in mn is that restaurants serve a lot. we should've had a drink and a starter. eating was good, just too much. I know that maybe not a problem, just something we were not prepared for. we enjoyed all food and would recommend.

making reservations about the phone was easy. at the arrival my wife and I were greeted by rudy. he was welcoming and very pleasant to speak. our server was cody. he was covered and very cold. the food came out extremely quickly. this was at 4:30 a.m. as this was our second visit to the restaurant, we had ordered more change than the first experience, and it was worth it. during our experience cody and rudy were very attentive. overall my wife and I come back as eating and the staff was great! thank you!

had a great experience! I've got my family birthday. the first time! the host was very friendly and I would also recommend a reservation in advance if all possible. nice that they stay open late, but they can still be very busy. no menu, everything is online by scanning the QRC code on the table. or we never asked for a reason that we have seen the QRC code on the table. we did the korean bbq and had ordered the thick pork bell, marinated bark short ribs, bugolgi, some sweet and fried chicken wings with white rice. all are equipped with supplements. all very good! we also ordered a lychee saku and it is nice to know that with a lychee fruit in it comes to all in the silver pitcher, can not see . space looks clean and decent. our waiter was also very nice! the reason why only 4 stars, street counter parking, also no valet. when busy, drinks can delay, understandable.

This is ridiculous waited for 2 hrs was never seated. We just ended up leaving. I get that we didn't have a reservation but fuck should have told us it's going to be a 10 hr wait so we could have made a decision to go else where. Fuck this shit!

Waited almost 2 hours for a table, ended up just leaving. Poorly organized. Won't be returning anytime soon.

I was excited to try Hoban and was pretty disappointed. We came for the barbeque items. It was very overpriced, small portions, and the side dishes were lacking. The bibimbop was tasty and well priced, I'd get that again. I would not recommend going to Hoban when there are much better options in the area.Dine in: Yes

So where do I even begin! Went to Hoban with my girls and unfortunately we didn't make a reservation, BUT! The host was so empathetic and went above and beyond for us three ladies! He was able to get us seated fairly quickly within 15 minutes even though it was extremely busy there! Our waiter Jet Li, yesss his name is Jet Li! I was mind blown when I looked at our receipt lol but his services was up to par! Way beyond that as a matter of fact! Now let me get straight into the food! Every time I come here the food is alwayssss A1! I just love the little side dishes that comes with it! I love the tenderness of the Hoban Galbi, how aromatic and flavorful it is! The Chadol Baegi was always my favorite! It has such an amazing texture with a melt in your mouth component that just makes you feel like you're on cloud 9! And the Samgyeopsal was WOW! I'm not a pork belly kind of person but if it was able to get me to love it then it speaks volumes! She thick with it! But it was just chefs kiss! Overall experience was a 10 10!
