Excellent meal, great service. The piano player was great background music for a nice overall experience.

Hugo’s was amazing! The food, the staff was amazing!

I was expecting a different atmosphere. I was disappointed when we were escorted to the rear away from the piano area when we had made reservations. We were giving our information when some White customers walked in and took the last table. This was a birthday celebration so when my fiancé announced his disappointment. I asked to be moved, at that point the people who took the last table must’ve decided they wanted to move, so we were given their table. I wasn’t aware that you could wear hoodies, sneakers etc., there was even a baby next to us. I wasn’t pleased because your food prices reflected a different atmosphere. I thought it would be more like the Capital Grille. Your food was delicious as were your drinks. When I asked if you do anything for birthday celebrations, I was told no! But you can buy a cake!?! I wasn’t asking for free food, I only wanted to know if you had something special that would be done.

No complaints. The food, service and drinks were all good!

The food was terrible as if it was rearmed from a previous order. The waiter never came to check on the table. I will never it there again. Will not recommended this place to my worst enemy

I was pleased with the food and the service from my server. However, I ordered a vegetable that had bacon (totally my fault for not reading the small print) and I thought it would have been nice for management to remove it from my bill when I told them my mistake; I don’t eat meat!!! Oh well. Lesson learned. I’m not sure about going back though, as I now have a bad taste in my mouth!!!
