I tried to give this place a second chance, but again I am very disappointed. about two months ago I ordered cookies and they were delivered two hours after the delivery time I selected. today I ordered cookies for the birthday of someone and after 30 minutes that I did not receive them to the chosen delivery time contacted their customer service line. I found out that the load wasn't even open, as the workers weren't shown up for the morning shift. they let me know that the device is opened by 18 o'clock. I needed my cookies at 12:30. if the load is closed, they should not be able to order online or via the app for delivery. extremely disappointed. can't believe this place is still in business.
I was in town to try this place. unfortunately they were closed during their listed business hours. do not plan that it is open.
I was just in there earlier today because there was no delivery available, and all I have to say is the girl that was working, was the only one in the entire establishment as far as I could tell, and was doing the best she could, a wonderful job considering the circumstances, but a manager should have been there ensuring shifts were filled and things were stocked! they were out of the first 3 cookies I asked for! Ridiculous. Y'all need to get it together. No delivery driver, no employees, no cookies, what is going on.

Cookies are fresh and delicious. Tye snickerdoodle were soft on the inside and perfectly crisp around the edges. Warm and tender, their cookies are a must have for any time of the day. Served quick and with a smile, I will be coming back in the future.
Warm cookies until 3 am, they have a decent variety.
They never shipped my order, which was a gift. Fed Ex stated they prepared my package but have not given it to Fed Ex. I tried to email them, no response. I tried to submit a question online. I got sorry, internal server error. I would not use this company. Very unreliable and no response from the company.
