Edible, at best. Just some ok cheese on some ok bread with some sort of ok sauce. I can't really see how the ranch is famous for anything other than being sodium packed, and the cheese sticks were nothing special. I guess if you're drunk this place might be good? But at that point you could save the $40 and go to a jack in the box. Honestly, has the same taste as [enter generic pizza brand name]. This isn't a Grimaldi's or a Malnati's and yet they charge nearly as much. Cost is not justified at all.

Ordered online and when I was messaged that my pizza was ready, I went to the store onky to be told it would be another 20 minutes. There were five employees and nobody wanted to acknowledge me when I walked back to the counter for a question.I definitely will not be returning to this location and I hope someone in seniority takes a look at this location to see how it's being run.
We ordered a pizza online. The tracker showed it as ready about 30 minutes later. It took us an additional 10 minutes to drive over. When we got to the store to pickup, there was a line of people waiting. We were then told it would be an additional 20+ minutes to get our pizza. According to the guy working, he was the only one on the pizza line and had 15 or more orders piled up. The cash register was left unmanned yet several employees walked past without acknowledging us standing at the counter. We counted 5 employees total. We even tried calling but the phone immediately gets put on hold. We were really looking forward to the pizza but at this point it's not even worth waiting. Jet's either needs to hire more people or not allow online orders. The employees that are currently working here are not helpful. The guy didn't even want to give us a refund because the pizzas were already in the oven. We will not be coming back.
Pizza is on the spot has flavor, the cheese is so stringy and good I had got a pepperoni pizza and delivery guy was super nice had to give a tip
Ordered two boats and two wings about an hour before you closed last night. Did was amazing!!! Thank you for the great food even with it being close to closing time! Definitely ordering again, but earlier ?
So walked in to order a pizza and i was amazed on how quick i was greeted and even more amazed on an employee on her hands and knees with what look to be a grill brush scrubing the lines between the tiles place looked good
My boyfriend and I went here today was our first time ever eating at jets. Yes prices are a little high but we'll worth it. When we walked in we were greeted with a very friendly welcome. The lady at the counter was very friendly and so willing to help us. The store seemed to very well kept and the food was AWESOME! let's just say you have won our future business! I highly recommend Jets
