just the reason why they don't get 5 stars is bc they rarely give me my sauce packages of mayo and senf and serviettes! but I bet they are in a hurry

Usually it's fast, but today wasn't great. they fought before us. the dame gave me an appointment and it took 10 minutes to get our order.
I'll never eat here again. they had no regular fresh bread available. very disappointed.
The best experience I’ve had at this JJ! I didn’t know they closed at 8. I pulled up at 8:10 and Christie and George took my order anyway! They were so kind about it all! Great service is hard to get these days but two rocked it!

Me and mine always pop by this JJs on the ways to Moore for schooling stuff, so about 5-8 times a month. I have NEVER had my food take long, get messed up, or had any of the workers be anything but kind and professional.
Ordered through app for a 5pm pick up around 1230. 20 minutes later they prepared the sandwiches and notified me that my order was ready for pick up. Got to the store at 5 and the employees argued that the soggy sandwiches were fresh.
