Joey's Seafood Restaurants Lethbridge

The food was phenomenal! Loved the taste of every fish and my children wanted to have this restaurant in the USA. My son ordered the red snapper with shrimps and finished everything, I had the lobster and shrimp sandwich on sourded bread and it was delicious. My husband had the fish n chips and it was a big part and he liked it very much. Children liked the fish tank at the front with the bright colorful fish.

The service here was pretty good. The food was Vey Standard, I wish it was hotter when it came out. My son enjoyed his sliders and pommes. I had the fish and shrimp and it was very delicious. The location is nice with a lot of parking and the interior is neat and clean.

Yummy food, pan roasted fish had a really nice combination of spices.

Will be back, had the shrimp feast meal which was delicious (20 shrimp and sides for $21). Also had the mussels and white wine sauce appetizer, was disappointed as it had no sauce at all and nothing fancy, just steamed mussels (20 for $18 on special)

The pictures look nothing like the food we got. The service was good, but it was absolutely disappointing to see that there was like 7 fries in the box. Huge box, but nothing in there, super small portions. The shrimp was tasteless. Just a bit disappointed, the fries were good though.

Arrived at 5:50 p.m., told to sit anywhere, went a little further to the back of restaurant, it was very busy only 3 available tables, all you can eat fish Tuesday. Order was taken not long after we arrived, really we only wanted to just have calamari, but told they had run out. So we ordered a two piece and a one piece meal, waited probably 20 minutes for the meals to come, we had ordered with rice instead of fries, is this why it took so long! Fish didn't have much flavor and was a little undercooked. The 3 servers seemed to be very disorganized, waiting on all the tables it looked like, not assigned to certain areas of the restaurant. The tables were not wiped down between customers, our table had glass rings on it from a previous customer. We were sitting by where they keep the mops server had to come get the mop as a water glass was spilled on a customer (mop head was disgusting light switch was very dirty and around the door handle for mop closet, it didn't look real clean inside the closet either. The metal on the backs of the chairs was very sticky and looked dirty. The back of the long cloth booth bench is absolutely disgusting. Floor seemed slightly sticky, customer beside us when he left commented to us the floor was slippery (greasy? . Bathroom was clean, is extremely small and hard to move around in, would never get a wheelchair in there. Friendly staff, the male server was very apologetic about our wait time and thanked us for our patience, he needs a haircut and a beard trim. The one female server darker hair seemed friendly, had no interaction with the blonde server. Probably won't be back, would we order out probably not.
