my man and I went to silvester last night. we are both food and I am extremely critical of how food is made. this place has totally blown off our socks! we had calamari with him 's delicious non-overdone red sauce with crispy fresh scalings, marinated red wobbles and hot paprika. baked to perfection and the dish cries to the last piece. then we had buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese. boiled crispy, but not dry, and in a sauce with such a deep of taste and perfect heat, I would have licked the plate. we were really not so hungry after that, but eating was so delicious we had to try something else! we had clam chowder and it was the perfect temperature, not too thick or thin and was full of mushes and became like the best I ever had seasoned and I grew up in clam land in essex, ma. my man braut his own beer and enjoyed the beer (he has a few different and all were winners) I had a few 10% stouts that were not boozy and were smooth and delicious. we live 40 minutes away and I want to go back tomorrow! it was so good.
