The staff is fast and friendly, the restaurant is clean, the food comes out fast, and I like how they give to-go cups if you still have left over liquids.

So after 30 years of listening to how great this place was, I finally went for lunch when the electricity went off at my house and I needed something to

There the breakfast Burrito is bigger than my sons thighs. It's amazing food. I'm sure you want to eat breakfast here. The place also has a great atmosphere. The green chili is pretty sharp. You have the best French toast I've ever tasted.

Wow! What a fantastic find in the heart of Colorado Springs! The food is hearty and filled! I had a breakfast Burrito and it was full of goodness and the fakie vegan breakfast sausage was perfect. Sometimes it can be overcooked. This was perfection rolled into a tortilla. The green chili sauce is so good! Not too hot but loaded with taste!

I waited patiently to try this place, and although I was told about her green chili, I decided to go for the Grump and it was so good! I have the 1/2 plate that was still very filled. I can't wait to go back and try the breakfast Burrito! I recommend these local favorites when you are in downtown.

The food is really delicious and the prices are so reasonable. Everything you would expect from a small 50-style diner, but I just couldn't stop eating. Very recommended!

So much local charm in this funky diner! From my understanding this is the second location (at the first location Guy Ferrari visited it in 2015 on triple D). I would imagine the team made sure the same charm and quality of their food carried over to the second location. During our stay in Colorado Springs, we decided to visit the second location, as it was closer to our Airbnb. I went ahead and got “the thing”, full sized (there is a half and quarter sized version) and my wife got the breakfast burrito (half sized). With respect to “the thing” it came with everything you could have hoped for! It was a combo of French toast, hash browns, eggs, bacon, cheese, the diner’s famous green chili sauce and gravy (the last two items you can have one of the two, or both). Let’s just say the full sized dish become two helpings! It was excellent from a taste perspective and the green chili sauce lended a nice kick but it wasn’t over powering. My wife noted the half sized version of the breakfast burrito was the right size for her .
