Koi Express Hibachi Sushi

the customer service is good, sushi roll are always fresh. the hibachi huhn and garnelen was in order, the rice was dry no taste at all. the garlic butter was not even licking. I always come to sushi, not to the Hibachi plates.

vegas roll is on the spot! immigrated and the place was full. the people eat inside and outside to command to go up. we ordered our eating and 10 minutes later eating was packed and ready to go. we back to the car to eat and everything was nice and hot, the crab rangoon’s were hot and crispy. food was amazing and everything was made to perfection. in any case recommend koi express johnny is a phenomenal guy and gota support local family business.

their crabs and vegas deep roasted rolls are delicious! the place is impeccable and the personal super friendly. they have always made our food in time, regardless of how busy they are.

So me and my kid wanted to try something new and a little more healthy so we go to koi. Saw the reviews so we go. Got there and it was couple customers, not good in my eyes but I said hey maybe not right time yet. Nice cashier as well , got home and the food was pretty good and they give a lot! I will be going back I had the chicken and shrimp habachi we will be going back! Reasonable prices as well

Been here a few times and it never fails us. The employees are nice and get your food out fast. This place is easy to order from and can order online. I have tried the chicken hibachi and this time I got the steak noodles and these were so good. I can find the chicken not being seasoned enough but still good. Overall, love this place and I definitely recommend the steak noodles and miso soup.

Delicious food that is reasonably priced... and the babe loved the steak noodles. We got three rolls and the steak noodles for two adults and a toddler to share, perfect amount of food with a little left to enjoy at home!

Koi has great food, this post isn’t about that but more so on the service. I placed an online order for a later time pick up (after I got off work). When I walk in tell them my name for the order, the older gentleman who usually takes orders asked if I ordered through door dash, I told him no and showed him how I ordered (which was through their main site) he then shows me his screen and it says cancelled. Proceeded to tell me a woman came in saying someone used her card for an order saying it was my order (I don’t even know how that is possible) so I pulled my card out and showed them that my last 4 numbers on the order match so that lady was wrong. They didn’t have my order obviously. The man offered to make my food and I declined because how unprofessional was it of them to not verify her card number to my order before canceling. They never tried to call me about the situation or anything. I like their food but after today they officially lost a customer.
