I was picking up two online orders at the drive thru and they had me go to the front to park, only to come out and ask what I ordered, because they had deleted it from their screen. After misunderstanding me they wanted me to drive around to the window again and tell what I had ordered. I decided to go inside, because the drive thru line was so backed up. I tried to show them my order from my phone. After describing my order multiple times they still got the order wrong. I was a burger short, one burger had the wrong items on it, I had an extra order of fries, extra nuggets, and an extra shake. They used to be so good here, but not recently. Two stars because I ended up with extra food which nearly made up for the whole thing, which was likely not done on purpose....but it took 30 minutes to get a mobile order...
