Every time I'm in this area, I'm in this place. Lately, I had hard days, but the woman who works through must be an angel! She's one of the nicest people I met. I leave the passage, smile and lift. I wish I knew her name. The donuts are also amazing!

I'm sure this will run on the availability of work, and keep the store. The lobby is not temporarily closed, it now seems permanently closed. If you have patience, you can sit through the long lines for your warm donuts. But I'd say I'd go to 7-Eleven or whatever other corner business sells donuts. I'm not sure what's faster, going inside or going through a passage. Because the passage seems to take an extremely long time, although the lobby is closed, which would lead to believe that the focus would be much more on service and product delivery in transit. But it doesn't seem like that. If I am wrong, I will be more than happy to edit this post, this is more to help the owners and administration of this place.
We stopped while the hot shield picked up some free donuts. We where we celebrate my friend's birthday, and the person on the passage was very nice. We even bought a holiday Donut
I've never had a Krispy Kreme until today, and you know what it was... AAZING! Had also the red velvet cake, it was ok, very dry. Would have been warm...
Donuts are great but management need to post a larger sign notifying patrons that only the drive thru is open. Saw at least 4 cars park, people attempt to unsuccessfully open the store’s door, only to get back into their cars and drive to the back on the long drive thru line. Store also needs to empty the overflowing outside trash cans.
Krispy Kreme has really good donuts. Who the heck needs to read a review of this place? They introduced the world to a lighter doughnut that most people already know about. I feel like I am typing this review just to exercise my thumbs.
I haven’t been to Krispy Kreme in forever. I went to this location on 10/15 to do the $2 dozen deal with a purchase of a dozen. Was told I needed to do it online since I didn’t have a bar code. Was trying to make an account so I could get the barcode she needed since she said the online order would take awhile even know she had my order (drive through order) right there. Don’t think I’ll be back to Krispy Kreme if this is how difficult they make doing their deals.
If I could give zero stars I would. They still charged me for an online order that I placed even AFTER I called to talk to someone from that store and told them to cancel it. Why even have online ordering available if your lobby is closed AND the line for the drive thru is 25 cars deep into the access road? Placing an order for a certain time to be picked up and then having to wait in line for over an hour just so my coffee and donuts can be sitting there and get cold by the time I finally get to the window? No thanks. I’ll just go somewhere else. The donuts are good but not THAT good.
