Kroger Deli

I experienced the worst display of customer service tonight. there was an older lady in front of us in the bank. she was in a chair and the cash register just told her that there was no one to help her get her food in her car. in the meantime she had the bag boy, going a cash lane because there are too many people in the line. there were two other people....He was eye-catching for what happened because he just doesn't understand the customer service. he leaned half the time on the counter when he was out there to help her. there were also two younger girls on the customer service desk with a conversation. one of them would have done it. sad to see that kroger more about cutting work than an additional person or two to help the customers who need it.

I went back to kroger today. there are kroger and walmart. I'm absolutelyley about this kroger. I bought steaks today. each steak has an unacceptable amount of fat on it. the filets should be almost completely fat-free. that's why they're $20/lb. they looked like the rib eye with all her fat. the meat quality is terrible. if they have terrible quality steaks, they must mark them down. it looked like a 5 year old carved all steaks. I'm not just going to get steaks back here. I will never go back!
