Lakeside Beach Club

The Lakeside Beach Club patio is great. It has a really good vibe to it. Music is good and some nights their is live entertainment. Unfortunately that is where is all ends. I have tried very very hard by going back to this place a few times so that I could enjoy it but the food is just bad. The first time I ordered Scallops, Ceviche and a Caprese salad - all were terrible. Scallops overcooked, Ceviche was really runny and the tomatoes in the Caprese salad were not ripe. I concluded that maybe I went to high end on the food. On a return visit I ordered 1lb of chicken wings. I definitely got more than 1lb but these deep fried wings were all crisp, very dry and almost no meat. To boot...I had lipstick on my glass. At this point the Lakeside Beach Club is just a place to have a beer on the patio to me. Food prices are higher because it is a seasonal place...be sure to accept that.

We travelled from another city and as before enjoyed the sunny patio starved ourselves and drove here on 29 Jul 1pm. We ordered drinks and came in good time. We wanted a lunch but the summer menu is unbelievable high priced for Cultus Lake area. No daily soup, no club house, and burger was 30.00 fish and chips 18. and no daily specials ie. soup salad, or sandwich ect. We finished our drinks and went up the road to a golf course and half the price and better choice menu. The out side deck of this restaurant is filthy, should be pressure washed. We got out of our vehicle and saw a sign with arrow entrance over to the right. Okay, another party was also confused and just stood there wandering. As we new where the front door is we kept walking around as tried a couple of gates on the patio but locked. We were seated in a few minutes but why not say go to front door entrance? To change the menu for the summer guests as yes this spot is quiet dead in the other times is not right, not a reasonable menu for a family. How can very young teenagers afford to eat here? We go out a lot to eat, fine dinning and pubs but some of the food items were just too high priced. We definitely will not be back or recommend this restaurant. Happytravels.

We went there for our 5 year anniversary dinner and we were not impressed. The restaurant is completely beat up, chairs missing leather, tables stained, we only had salt on our table no pepper.Food wasn't great either, we did enjoy the egg rolls but dinner was a mess. I got the chicken and brie sandwich, the bacon was burnt to a crisp and it was lacking flavor majorly. I could have made this at home better. My husband got the Tuna noodle Bowl with Chicken instead, this was just a glorified chicken teriyaki and I've had better at sushi restaurants. $70 later for a mediocre meal, wont be going back. Lots of staff just sitting around talking just not a good experience.

We love this place. Whether you live at the lake, or are just visiting, it's a must! The staff is fabulous, the many events are awesome (Music Night!) and the food is always en pointe.

If you love to start dinner with a spicy Caesar this is the place for you, if you love a snack in your Caesar you will never leave! Great drinks, good wine list and very very good food. We sat outside, it was a warm Sept evening, and not too busy on a weeknight. The service was excellent, and we will be back very soon.

Chicken was burnt,Fries with so much salt and pepper that can kill a person .Dirty tables. Glasses are like so little,looks horrible.I was so hungry,but lost my appetite just after seen surroundings of this restaurant. Horrible :(
