Hot and never ready. It is always a waiting time for pizza up to 30 minutes. You could just go kings or Rockys if you're gonna wait so long. At least 30 minutes wait for a better pizza elsewhere

super slow not very good customer service even hot and finished pizza are waiting a 20 minutes.

One of our favorite places to get a fast and affordable pizza that the kids love. One of the cleanest and well maintained Caesars in the area. Not much of a waiting area, so I highly recommend the order with the app and grab your order via the pizza portal. My only constructive criticism is that they work more on consistency... especially the pizza dough strength when it rolls out and the cooking time. Sometimes you get too thin what it sometimes disintegrates, you get one that is perfect.

We stopped by while traveling. I feel like this place doesn't deserve all the negative reviews. We had a great experience. We called ahead to reserve our pizza. Ready when we arrived. Nice girl. Yummy $7 pizza. It was great.

Took almost an hour to cook two pizzas because they were trying to fix everyone's food at the same time instead of doing the orders in order and the guy behind the counter acted like he was lost in space then when I finally got my order which was supposed to be the extra most bestest it was regular you can still see the sauce and everything I'm no Karen but when you order extra you should get extra they make you pay extra never going to this place again when I actually showed the guy he basically blew me off and that was that and it wasn't just me everyone is in the lobby complaining one lady didn't get her crazy bread because he said they were out but yet they took her order and money for it not to mention there's about 20 other people standing around in the lobby and outside the doors waiting for their food that's probably going to come out wrong

We eat here over any other LC. We have never had an issue. We order for birthdays and any holiday we decide to get pizza for. The staff has been so friendly. Never had an issue. Highly recommend.

We ordered on the app. It informed us that the order was done. My husband went in to pick it up. It wasn?t in the case. They said it wasn?t ready yet but they had to clear it out of their system because their system was timed. My husband stayed and waited for the order to be completed. When he brought the pizzas home, one was doughy. I called. They informed me that I would have to bring the pizza back in for them to see. I did. They then told me that it would be 30 minutes until they could make me a new one since they had other customers. I told them I just wanted a refund then and they refused to give me one. I told them that I was not willing to wait 30 minutes until they started making my pizza. They said I could wait 15 minutes and talk to the manager personally about it then but she was the one giving the orders. (They had been running to the back between every reply to answer the way she wanted). I asked for corporates number. They said there wasn?t one because they?re a franchise. I asked for the general managers number and was told no, they would not be giving me anyones contact information. I said I wanted to take pictures of the pizza and that my husband would be back in for the remake. They tried to tell me that I wasn?t allowed to take pictures of the pizza so I brought it outside and took the pictures. I brought it back in and told them that my husband would be there in 30 minutes for the remake. When my husband got there 30 minutes later he walked in to them talking about it, even though the woman at the counter was telling them that he was there. They told him that I had told them not to remake the pizza, had threatened them, and had screamed in the managers face (even though I never talked to the manager personally). When he told them that he knew that didn?t happen the manager told him ?your wife needs to start using her ears to listen?. She was disrespectful and rude in general. She kept insisting that the pizza was not doughy despite that we had pictures and videos to prove it. Eventually the woman who was originally the go between said she was also a manager and handled the situation. We were able to get the pizza but the first manager who was being nasty was the one to make it so we don?t feel safe eating it.
