I placed a pickup order online yesterday at 4:00 and it said it would be done at 4:28-4:33. I went in to get it and only my pizza was ready, so I wait. I didn't even get the right pizza I ordered, the cashier told me there was no crazy bread available so I had to wait. I have my pizza only after 5. While I was there, another customer complained and she continued to give him crazy bread after I waited for it because there is no?available?. She gave me the wrong pizza, only two orders of bread sticks when I ordered three. I ordered two garlic sauces and she told me there was no more. While all this goes on, managers stood in the corner and said they wouldn't help because they weren't on the clock? The cashier obviously had no idea what she did. After receiving half of my order, I tried to get a refund for half an hour while nobody answered the phone at all. This is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of recruiting people who have no idea what they do, maybe hire someone who knows how to use his brain. From someone who manages a company, it must be new management because they do not know how to manage their cashiers.
