Little Caesars Pizza

The woman who helped us was very nice. We have an extra best Pepperoni. It was very good, though the paprika can become a bit sharp when there is so much. Nothing crazy bread or a sip can't be cool.

I placed a pickup order online yesterday at 4:00 and it said it would be done at 4:28-4:33. I went in to get it and only my pizza was ready, so I wait. I didn't even get the right pizza I ordered, the cashier told me there was no crazy bread available so I had to wait. I have my pizza only after 5. While I was there, another customer complained and she continued to give him crazy bread after I waited for it because there is no?available?. She gave me the wrong pizza, only two orders of bread sticks when I ordered three. I ordered two garlic sauces and she told me there was no more. While all this goes on, managers stood in the corner and said they wouldn't help because they weren't on the clock? The cashier obviously had no idea what she did. After receiving half of my order, I tried to get a refund for half an hour while nobody answered the phone at all. This is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of recruiting people who have no idea what they do, maybe hire someone who knows how to use his brain. From someone who manages a company, it must be new management because they do not know how to manage their cashiers.

I ordered pizza online didn't they even start until I was there????????? Then instead of giving me the pizzas they put in the lock box without letting me know, so did I wait 8-10 minutes?????

Great pizza and crazy bread! Super nice girl who is very attentive to the customers needs. She made sure everyone is greeted right away and asked each what they came for, providing an update on their food orders.

This store does not get enough credit. For the last 6 years they have not been able to maintain staff until recently I have noticed 2 young gentlemen who are consistently there. Customers are so rude to them but they continue to serve us and always make right when something was wrong. I wish corporate would do more for this store. We have pizza from here once a week and will continue to do so.

Pizza and cheese bread was good. But the girl behind counter was very rude was talking to a friend, one of the guys making the pizza came out and waited on us. Even he wasn't happy with her.

I order online hoping that it will make my experience better. Nope. It says the order was put in the oven at 1:33 and when I got here at 1:45 the cashier said oh we just put that in the oven it's gonna be a bit. There is no effort to improve service and it's the same people working here. It's crazy man. Where's the corporate standards lol
