Every time we get here, it's terrible. The first time they lawfully told us they wouldn't cook for the rest of the evening and it was only 8:30. Then today we put an online order at 7:30, so can't they tell us they're selling just what? We tried to get in, the door was locked. Then we betrayed them and all the others their system is down and they do not accept orders, but if there is an order already placed, then maybe it came through. We explained that we received the confirmation that the order was ready to pick up and then they could not find it. About 3 minutes later, someone else tells us to wait for the cheese bread. The pizza was really not even cooked, they didn't cut it right. All this is by far the worst to save your time and money. You have some rude teenagers running this store, so be careful.

Cashier was on the phone while I took my order and not here everything I said. I took care of things I didn't ask, and when I asked them about the price she was like? Once I got the reception and try to call it to fix the problem she ignored me for 5 minutes. Then reimburse the articles and says it will be back on your card in 2 days and leave. Terrible service! No one was even in the store. You need to learn how to take your job seriously. Please learn customer service. I'm a very patient guy, and that hits my nerves.
I called to place an order they brought me in for 30 minutes when I went there, I thought they were busy, it was just a customer and I said you took me 30 minutes and she said she couldn't carefree. I bought pizza. With little Caesar for 14 years, for my daughter's birthday my son I always Little Caesars Pizza for her this is the 1st. Let's see that happened to me.
Customer service is fine, but the pizza is really dry the quality is bad, my 4 years old did not like it at all and is not cheap $7.49, better pay $10 and you get better pizza.
I Was There On Thursday There Were About 7 To 10 People In The Line Before Me. With Corey And His Crew They Knocked That Line Down So Fast. When He Got To Me I Made Sure To Tell Him He Did A Great Job With Getting The People What They Wanted In And Out. In A Orderly Fashion Way To Go Lil Cesar ? I Hope Corey Sees This And Respond I Told Him I Was Going To Get It Done And I Love His Alabama Accent Til next Time...... ?
Worst experience ever. First off they had a bunch of young kids working there that didn?t even look the age of kids that can work. Second they told me my order would be done in 10 mins I did not receive my order for over 50 mins.they kept ignoring me and everytime a hot and ready pizza would go in the case they would give it to the first person in the cashier line instead of the people that ordered. They were to consumed with online orders they wouldn?t make orders for people waiting in the lobby. I watched tons of people walk out because they didn?t have hot and ready pizza and they didn?t want to wait. I learned something new today if little Caesar?s doesn?t have hot and ready pizza just walk out or you will never receive your food while you watch everyone else walk out with there online order.
Always have a hard time getting served. Seem to spend long periods away from the counter. Were out of hot and readies. Then they told me it would be twenty-five minutes for more. Most pizza places can cook something in about fifteen minutes.
Tried to call ahead but got busy tones the first time. The second time we called it rang for a bit then answered, but hung up a few seconds later. When we got their and ordered at the counter they were super nice and the order went fast. The food did take a while to come out though.
