Little Caesars Pizza

This location has always the best fresh pizza and they know how to cut it right, the crazy bread is always on point... My Grandson Oliver needs his crazy bread a few times a week we drive the extra miles out of the way for the quality and smile of the faces...

This place goes fast on the hill. I eat here once a week. The first thing happened was that I waited 25 minutes for the two people before me to get their food. Secondly, I waited 15 minutes in the window to make my food wrong. I ordered a lunch and an Italian cheese bread. And some as ended with an Italian cheese bread and a crazy bread comb. When I found out it was wrong, the lady said that well? That's ridiculous why it's not just right. But instead you just say oh well and send people on the way. I'm done here. As someone who owns a business, I would never treat people like that. Remember that the service is the key.

Take the extra time and go to the city of Cullman location. You?ll actually save time instead of on the long drive thru on pizza that's never ready. What if you get your pizza? ll most likely be wrong as this amazing crazy bread that is boiled over and in a piece that was pushed in the bag.

Staff is a joke including the manager. I ordered online and drove 20 miles to pick up only to be told they were out of boxes. I was advised the charges would be refunded the next day an of course they weren't. I waited another day before calling to see if maybe the refund was complete and jt wasn't. I called to speak to the manager who was not only unapologetic but also rude. The manager advised it would be 4 days before refund could be issued and hung up.

Asked for a classic pep an classic cheese. U charged me for the extra most best-est, which wasn't what I ordered. When confronted at the window his response was I'm pretty much lazy and don't want to make a classic so I charge you for an extra pep pizza. U need to lose it job sir or kid.next time I will make you refund me my dollar and make my God damn classic Pizza..

Called an order in, got to the drive thru and it was backed up, lobby closed. When I got to the speaker I told them I had a call in order and gave my name. I was told that they were only accepting cash. I was not told that when I ordered. Good thing I had cash. I asked if I could come in the lobby and was told again that it was closed. When I finally made it to the window they asked me what I ordered. Then walked away from the window. He did not come back so I asked loudly if they had my order. He told me they did not. What a perfect waste of time. This took about 20 minutes. This is poor management and of course you get the same excuse...we are under staffed. This is ridiculous! Oh and there was people in the lobby ordering food....needless to say I will not be back.

Went and got a sausage pizza got home and it's got 12 pieces on it. If this is the mostest pizza toppings I had to see normal.
