the unprofessional man with dreadlocks said he was the manager I asked for extra best pizza with extra soße that I ordered through the online portal. When I saw my pizza, I said that's not extra best. he said he had made me several pizzas. that's a lie because you only get a cold for the online portal. Once this code is used, they cannot use this code again. there were about 10 people in there, and they all said that my pizza would not look like the best. his own staff in the cash register began to laugh because she knew he was lying, and I sat there for an hour on a pizza. I had just ordered an extra best pizza a few days ago and it should have a lot of peperoni on it. I waited almost an hour for a pizza that they never gave me this man that he was there for 4 years. I don't understand why little caesars would give this man a leadership position if he is in front of his personal and argues with a customer if I just ask that the pizza is killed and he did that before several other customers. I just asked him to make my pizza at the right time when cameras play it back.

manager with dreads is unprofessional and very rude. waited over an hour for the wrong pizza. I ordered and extra best pfefferoni. put my code into the portal and it was the wrong pizza of. I told the manager that he refused to make the pizza after waiting for an hour. he told me he gave me a lot of pizza. his own hired last because she knew he was lying. if they do the portal, they only have a pencil number that they cannot reuse, so they can not get several pizzas. therefore his comment could not be true. there were over 10 people in this restaurant they all said that there was not the extra best pizza. I ordered a pizza on the day before and didn't look like that. I asked to talk to the manager, he told me he was the manager I asked for the person about him, he said I need to look online and find. little caesars must get rid of him right away. but he told me that he had been there for years and little caesars hadn't done it and they wouldn't.
order pizza waited for 30 minutes. wasn't even ready when he came in. the crazy brot was not cooked properly. it was soggy and disgusting and the pizza was not cut properly. I would never go back here. that made me eat, and my sister is sick in our dear.
good service, good pizza friendly staff. the only thing missing was the crazy bread season and butter .
Love this place but they never answer the phone. I was in the parking lot so I know they wasn’t busy and I called 5 times and no one never answered.
I'm so shocked about what happened tonight. The employee bought me dinner. I asked him if he was serious. I don't know why he did what he but he was a blessing to me. The food was good and hot. The store was busy but all the employees was working very hard to get everyone out as fast as they could.
Used to eat here all the time but nowadays its just not as good to me anymore, And its always just soggy pizza. For the price I'm sure college students LOVE this pizza but I'm not there yet so, until I'm broke and need some Fairly good pizza I'm heading across the street to Southaven pizza
Ordered online got notification that my order was ready , I sent my son to pick up my order 20 mins later and they told him the order was not ready. I called multiple times and no answer , while my son was there he heard the phone ringing while the employees were in there playing and saw the phone. Very unprofessional!! please spend your money else where!! Finally my son got the order after a 35 minute wait for a deep dish!!! Cheese on pizza was horrible!!! would not recommend!!!
