Margarita's Mexican Lenexa Ks

The first time to eat at this place and be pretty sure my favorite now. The Pico is by far the best here. Could use a little cilantro, but not complain because the taste is much better!! Camrynn was our waitress and was AWESOME!!! We will definitely leave the ride back.

Margaritas has been there for over 25 years. They make good quality Tex Mex food that everyone loves. When I get back from the trip, it's my way to splurge. If I'm ever gone from Kansas City, that's a restaurant I'm really gonna miss. My favorites are beef and cheese enchilada, beef and chickens crispy tacos, eating chicken nachos. Margaritas are very good, but like most other Mexican places they do not offer a good authentic non-sugarian version. The strawberries mixed margaritas are pretty good. Since COVID you can order Margaritas. Great bonus points. Another popular and tasty product on her menu is her margarita dip. They are salsa is also very good and is sold in most local shops. One thing I like at this point opposite the original downtown location is that they have a beautiful open terrace. I love the stand, but if they're full, it can really be loud. Another negative is that they close pretty early. You have some small bar seats with TVs where you can see the game. All in all, I love Margarita's food. You're a Kansas City tradition. If you go to the original downtown location, ask for Margarita Mike.

Amazing! My cousin said we had to eat there. The food was great! Every single person who worked was as friendly as really friendly. They had great options for vegetarians. Clean, fast, delicious. You can't go wrong here. Oh, sure to get the deep-fried ice!

First time at a Margaritas and let me tell y’all it’s the bomb. Com!!! Had the Macho Nachos and tacos. It was love at first site. Mom got the enchiladas and those were REALLY good! Our waiter was very friendly!

We got there at a little after they closed not knowing they close at 9pm on Saturdays. The lady that came to the door had dark hair really short on the sides and longer on the top was super nice. She informed us that they were closed but was happy to seat us to be served. Our server was very perky with purple hair and glasses and gave great service. Thank you for not being in such a hurry to close and showing us kindness in your actions, when you didn't have to.

This was my first visit here and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was hot, had great flavor, and the portions were big; I ordered the taco platter #15 and have plenty for another meal. Marissa was the right amount of attentive, polite, and knowledgeable, and was very personable. Little did we know this was her 1st night by herself, she had the poise of a seasoned waitperson! Mariah, her trainer, was just as pleasant. I will definitely be back!

This place actually changed how I eat tacos! Seriously, I used to put ranch dressing on my tacos, I know, its weird. However, ever since I had Margarita's, I realized if a taco needs ranch in order to be good, its a poor taco. That is how good their tacos are! This is the best Mexican I have ever had! Everything in here is at a high standard. From the service, atmosphere, and food! Highly recommend!
