This is the best sushi in Solano County the portions are perfect and tasteful. Such creative dishes on the menu and fresh fish.

Matsuri has strengthened her game in recent years. The M M M roll with truffle oil is amazing, the flaming dragon roll has a great presentation and the lobster lover role is delicious. This is our way to Vallejo Sushi.

This was my first time eating at a sushi place. I was very amazed at how friendly the chef was to us. He interacted with nearly all the customers. It made for great entertainment with really good fresh sushi.

Ordered a 3 item bento box for dinner. A bit pricey but it was okay. Liked my salmon Teriyaki but the shrimp tempura only had one shrimp. The tempura shrimp and chicken katsu lacks flavor but it blended well with the sauce it came with.. Our Customer service was top notch. People were attentive. I would eat here again and would try their sushi plates.

I had a sashimi rice bowl it was delicious The tentacle/octopus texture taste is comparable to what we had in Japan! Staff is very nice pleasant The place is nicely decorated as well

Order Sashimi and Saba they give you cabbage instead of daikon, that like ordering prime rib and not having horse radish.should of known when I saw Bulgogi on the menu.
