Mc Alister's Deli

I ate at mcallister in texas when I lived there, so I thought I would try it here (alabama.) I took my mom to eat here, was a little long on the crowd of people who were in the restaurant I thought. but I thought they were probably just short workers, as many restaurants have been spending since Kovid-19 in the last few years. the eating had large portions that were beautiful, my mother enjoyed their club sandwich and ordered them. as far as my order is concerned, I tried out the great nachos, and it was not to my wish to say I'm sorry. it was not like most traditional nachos as they expect. there had something like conserven chili up with rotel cheese sauce, there was no salate, tomato or wobble. it had a simple taste.

Food is ok, but anytime we order takeout or delivery from this particular Mcalister's it always has quality issues. For instance, we ordered the nacho plate the chips are clearly from the bottom of the pile and undippable... and there were no jalapenos

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The bright complexion girl slammed my plate in the table!! I looked at her. Ans she rolled her eyes and walked off basically! My friend asked could she exchange her chips she sighed WHAT DO YOU WANT? Oh my goodness. I will just drive to another location.

This store is absolutely appalling! Floors look like they haven?t been cleaned in weeks. At least 15 tables covered in dirty dishes and trash. Customers are having to carry dirty dishes and trash to the front counter and clean their own tables just to have a place to eat their meals. I know you?re under-staffed but pause taking orders to clean the tables. Spend time at night to mop the floors. Simple rules of business! The girl at the front came to deliver food to us and had the nastiest attitude and when questioned about it she said she was just busy and couldn?t stop to do anything for the dining room. Unacceptable.

This use to be my favorite place to eat at, but not no more. I noticed that my broccoli had a net in it. That just shows me that their kitchen is keep up the work to keep it clean. There employee pick which days they want have good customer service. I only gave two stars because I like their food.

Always fast and super nice. I had the Veggie and my coworker ordered the Sweet Chipotle Chicken!

Ordered dine in for lunch. It wasn?t too busy and my wait time was 10-15 minutes after ordering. My food was tasty and exactly how I ordered it. There?s a free 32oz sweet tea when you sign up for the app. I?ve been to this location multiple times and always appreciate their service and food.
