I've messed up my order. I can only open my order when I came home. I just order hotcakes, but there are eggs and sausages inside. Moreover, they are forced to put butter: it is like 80% of the time it always melts.

to the counter. I was the only one. there were 1 employees in the window, 1-2 prepping food in the back, 1 before a manager. No one has made me stand for an unusually long time. No one stood there, they did dinge. but they ignored me. Finally, the manager came to the counter in the bag packaging area and I asked: will they confirm that I am standing here or would they rather go? his answer was that we are all busy, I said I have completely understood and do not expect them to stop what they are doing. but they totally ignore me, even if we were practically face-to-face, they can simply know a customer standing at their counter, a simple hi, we, will be with them. Instead, he stopped fighting and just said good, they will order something because they keep the line. I lost my appetit and it was not important to me to stay and go so rude and careless. I work in the food industry. I understand being busy and doing several things at a time. BUT-Rudeness is unbearable and unacceptable. of a MANNAGER diagram is called an example for the his staff.

I ordered a quarter without cheese for my child when I came home and opened the box that it had double cheese. I went back to the restaurant to correct my order and the woman tells me that they can't help me because I left and came back. that is not a big thing until the two women laughed in the window and told me a nice day. do not go here people are incredibly rude, untrained and have no customer service skills at all. check their order before they leave the window.

Ordered a Sausage McMuffin, they charged me for a Sausage Egg McMuffin. I brought it up to the drive thru window employee, and she didn’t care at all. She looked like management, too. There is no hope for humanity.

SO NICE inside!!! Fresh flowers on the tables !! Very impressed!

Never seen a cleaner and more organized McDonald's in my life

Don 't waste your time at this location. I placed and paid for my order in less than a minute with a guy standing outside, only to wait 20min for the 1 car in front of me. First this 1 car took forever to place an order at the box and then at the pay window asking more questions, exchanging papers instead of paying. Our food was COLD!!
