Mcdonald's

every time I go to this mcdonald’s, I get either bad customer care or eating is terrible. I've been there three times, they'll never fix that. also the phone number for the load is wrong. when I asked about the right phone number, they refused to give it to me. I have completed the question, in the hope that would help, but no. the chicken bugs my child was given were pink on the inside. Of course, because there is no correct phone number, I couldn't call them. on that day I couldn't go up there again, so I was screwed on this command. they will never get another dimmy from me. we are going to burger king.

the driving thru lady was so happy and friendly I couldn't help but smile! After I worked a car myself, I understand that the requirements of work can be challenging, but this woman was so good what she did so that the customers felt welcome when she took their appendage. the fries were hot and fresh, in contrast to other mcdonalds in the opposite. my children said their good meals were delicious. we have our food fast. I wish they would bring back the snack wraps, but I think the decision was made at company level. but I enjoyed my fries and diet coke. we are going in future definitely out of our way to this location.

the customer service was excellent. the young lady had excellent costume service skills. You can't find that anymore. food: 3/5

Wonderful customer service for our third time stopping here on our way through from Biloxi. Everyone is kind and has awesome customer service skills. Service with a smile. Even those with masks- smile with their eyes. Very respectful, good at their jobs. And they were rushing in and out to quickly get orders to people who were having to wait in their car for their orders- due to the staff being so busy. Our food was fresh. I have zero complaints. The milkshake was not an option, but I can understand- as that's usually the case at every McDonald's we go to. My daughter enjoyed her apples and blueberry muffin. And my coffee was perfectamundo!

By far the best McDonalds in Mobile. Our order is correct 100% of the time, friendly staff, and food is always hot and made well. Absolutely nothing bad to say about this location-unlike every other McDonalds in Mobile County and surrounding areas.Kid-friendliness: Happy meals, need i say more?

I got a kids meal with fries and milk, a drink, and 2 sundays. The kids meal had missing fries. The kids meal was also missing her milk. The ice creams were 2/3 full. When getting a caramel or fudge sunday, you used to get a decent amount of topping...not here. I actually save all of my fudge for my last bite. I had so little fudge that i didn't even taste it. The lady who brought out the food was nice but was so aggravated when I got back to the hotel and several things were missing. I tried to contact customer service via the app twice but it conveniently kicked me out of the form twice when submitting and gave an error message. I would not recommend this location

Ordered three lemon lime slushee drinks. Got to window and was told to pull forward a bit and they would bring them out to us. Thought this was odd, considering it literally takes seconds to prepare these beverages. It was not busy. Mid afternoon. I watched car after car leave with their food items and after literally 20 minutes, I went in. I checked their order screen and my order had already been cleared. I finally get someone to come over and speak to me and I tell them I have been waiting for 20 minutes for these three slushees!! The girl who helped me was apologetic and kind and gave us an extra slushee for our wait. 1.99 for 20 minutes of your time. This is how much your time is worth here at this MCDONALD'S. I am 46 years old and still blown away at the inconsistency between McDonald's stores. For a business built on consistency, they have really lost all hope. No one cares at some of these places, including the managers. Very sad.
